The Fucks are Jemma Freeman and George Lionel Barker. They formed at Art School in Kingston. They have performed both nationally and internationally, and have released a series of limited edition Eps and singles through The Angular recording Company.
 Jemma Freeman is guitarist and bass player in Bella Union band Landshapes and can also be found performing with the improvisational collective Solus 3.
George Lionel Barker is co-founder of the George and Jorgen Gallery and can be seen performing as part of Bob and Roberta Smiths Apathy Band, he can also be found playing bass or occasionally drums for The Ken Ardley Playboys.
The Fucks recently performed as part of the Bob and Roberta Smith show The Art Party Conference 2013 in Scarborough.
Landshapes drummer Dan Blackett has recently joined The Fucks for their live shows, adding an exciting new wave kraut rock edge.

More live than most electronic bands, and more electronic than most live bands, Grey Tapes is a beat-maker and producer collective based in Newcastle upon Tyne. The group consists of Mr Blazey (@mrblazey), Bert Verso (@versoproductions), Calum Howard (@calumhoward), and _Bain_ (@bainbc), with Dan Potter on live drums. 
 
Grey Tapes endeavour to keep live electronic music truly live - avoiding clicks, sequencers or backing tracks in favour of live sample triggering and instrumentation. Everything you hear is played manually by a finger, an arm or leg. 
 
Each member of Grey Tapes is a producer in their own right, giving the band a wealth of music to perform. Their instrumentation includes double bass, live drums, homemade midi controllers, synthesisers, piano, samplers, vocals, drum machines and omnichord. Grey Tapes' music traces the lines between hip hop, trip hop, jazz, electronica, ambient and lofi dream pop.
