The song further talks about 'kurraa-e-havaa' : the atmosphere, the atmosphere you have created in your mind. Because you keep holding on to the most painful and Rotten parts of your life, the dampness, the storms you are holding back are now rotting away and destroying the rest of your life too. That's why the song pleads to let go of them through tears.
