Misplaced Ideal (2023) is a music album that exists at the intersection of modern classical, romance and folk song. This album was created by artist and poet Alexander Denisov and musician Yuliya Khilova during the last year of Alexander's life.

The music album was created within the walls of NⅡ studio. We would like to thank Anton Sokolov for all the work on sound creation. Without Anton's efforts we would not have been able to put together all the vocal parts that Alexander left us.

The music album is a part of the Knight and Wolf project's collection of works, as it was created together with the illustrations and lyrics of the project. The story that the lyrics of the album tell is not a direct continuation of the story about the Knight but is its logical conclusion and afterword.

The romances created by Alexander and Yuliya are aesthetically different from the music of the Knight and Wolf project. Each song is an independent work and message, but at the same time, paying tribute to the vision of the project, these songs are united by a single idea.

Alexander's poetry places the listener in a lyrical space where the author summarizes his life. He talks to God. Their conversation is filled with heavy reflections, sadness and nostalgia. The listener here is a witness to the author's confession to eternity, a witness to the words of a man who realizes that soon he will have to leave the house of men.

Неуместный Идеал (2023) — музыкальным альбом, существующий на стыке современной классики, романса и традиционной песни. Данный альбом был создан художником и поэтом Александром Денисовым и музыкантом Юлией Хиловой в последний год жизни Александра.

Музыкальный альбом создан в стенах студии звукозаписи NⅡ studio. За всю работу со звуком мы благодарим Антона Соколова. Без труда Антона нам бы не удалось свести все вокальные партии, которые оставил нам Александр.

Музыкальный альбом входит в коллекцию сочинений проекта Рыцарь и Волк, поскольку он создавался одновременно с живописью и поэзией проекта. История, которую повествует поэзия альбома, не является прямым продолжением истории о Рыцаре, но является его логичным завершением и послесловием.

Романсы, созданные Александром и Юлией, эстетически отличаются от музыки проекта Рыцарь и Волк. Каждая песня представляет собой самостоятельное произведение и послание, но в тоже время, отдавая дань уважения концепции проекта, они объединены единой идеей.

Поэзия Александра помещает слушателя в лирическое пространство, где автор подводит итоги своей жизни. Он разговаривает с Богом. Их беседа наполнена трудными размышлениями, печалью и ностальгией. Слушатель здесь — свидетель исповеди автора перед вечностью, свидетель слов человека, который осознает, что вскоре ему придется покинуть жилье человека.

Knight & Wolf Project is a music publishing and entertainment media. We release music in the contemporary classicals and soundtracks genres and create reviews of films, games and TV shows related to the aesthetics of the Middle Ages and fantasy. The project was founded in 2017 by composers Ilya Denisov and Alexis Tsarkov and artist Alexander Denisov.
