Blackpool’s Koldar serves up a slice euphoric breakbeat for the first release on his newly formed imprint Electric Ray. His music delivers huge synths, raw basslines and energetic percussion. There's no surprise then that the likes of James Zabiela, Annie Nightingale and Tensnake all support his sound.

Koldar is no stranger to the electronic music scene, as label head and artist of Foreign Language Records he has worked with the likes of K-Klass, Mystic Bill and Justin Robertson. His latest venture Electric Ray aims to showcase a more melodic and expressive sound, drawing inspiration from the raves and parties of his youth.

The debut release ‘This is it’ sets a precedent for the label with its powerful vocal, distorted bass and bold synths. Josh Hussaney takes things up a level with a remix befitting of any warehouse rave, giving a nod to his old hardcore days.
