I’m a rapper from East London. Grew up in King Williams Town. I’ve been into rap music since the tender age of 12 but I started making/writing my own music at the age of 15. My style of rap could best be described as new school hip hop. I’m a relatively easy artist to work with, always looking to explore new avenues in music by working with as many and as diverse artist as possible

With a simple ethos of 'If its got beat and you can dance to it, we'll be playing it', Discotheque has in its short lifetime hosted an array of top local, national and international talent, and continues to set the standard and raise the bar, on a weekly basis.

The Discotheque Mix Series aims to showcase and promote featured artists, current or forthcoming at our Discotheque events, as well as the occasional special guest.

For Stockholm-born creative Moulod, music begins with words. He writes constantly, using lyrics as a way to strip down experiences and uncover what’s real. Only the rare songs that carry that honesty are released, about one in ten, each carrying his raw inner voice at the center. Around those words, the sound shapes itself into lo-fi, hip-hop, R&B, indie, rock, or blues — whatever best carries the story forward. Moulod isn’t chasing a come-up. He’s writing truth into sound, leaving it for those who recognize themselves in his craft.
