Following the announcement of their third album 'Slow Focus', Fuck Buttons have cut loose the first track from its densely constructed mesh of abrasions and grooves, in the form of the sinister, penetrative breaks of ‘The Red Wing’ - an edited version of the track that appears in full on the album.

The full version is also available as a single - either digitally, or on gold 12" vinyl (limited to 1000 worldwide), out now via ATP Recordings.

The first of three samplers features Acronym, Ben Buitendijk and Voiski. Acronym's track '16 Cygni' is a sci-fi bit of techno that is speedy, slick and intergalactic, whilst Ben Buitendijk offers up some Millsian, streamlined techno urgency with his 'Colourblind' and finally Voiski gets all elastic and industrial tinged with his whip lashing effort.

Welcome to the new output of HueHelix.
For our 3rd vinyl release, Go Hiyama brings this powerful EP with a superb NX1 Remix. Go opens up the EP with ‘Mean’ which contains full of darkness and dry atmosphere, and this track has already been compiled in the 2nd Unknown Landscapes mix CD by Christian Wünsch on PoleGroup Recordings. Then, NX1 breaks and rebuilds the original ‘Philosophy’ completely, which sounds almost another original track. After that, ‘Philosopher’ original version enlightens ‘techno for dancefloor’ theory with straight rhythm patterns and stabs. At last, ‘Modeling Of Lights’ closes the journey with very fearful and dark atmosphere. The whole EP is a story and Go is a great storyteller. This is a masterpiece of Go’s work.

This coming Saturday night a club night with the same *ahem*… 'maturity' as our beloved party space will be bringing its own intimate spirit to Room Three. Founded in 1999 by Ali Tillett during his student days in Bournemouth, Warm was founded on a solid and open minded approach to selecting and DJing. The night built itself up the old school way: through tireless work on the streets and through the careful selections of their guests which have included celebrated artists like Ame, Dixon and Jazzanova who were always carefully backed up by Warm’s solid residents. Fifteen years later Warm is still a welcome fixture on the clubbing landscape, so to shine a bit of light on their past and what we can expect when they takeover Room Three this weekend, we asked Warm’s main man Ali Tillett to record us a special mix and share a few words…

Soma welcome Techno behemoth Monoloc for his label debut with two dark, brooding Techno tracks in his inimitable style with the ‘Gipson EP’. Monoloc was born in 1980 in Frankfurt am Main. He first got in touch with the booming electronic music scene of this Techno metropolis at the age of 16 and soon bought his first set of records. Since then, his life has revolved around his ultimate goal; manifestation of his musical vision in the form of dj sets as well as his very own productions.

Title track Gipson kicks off with deep, pumping subs and kicks with a slowing evolving atmosphere creating great tension through the body of the track. Monoloc subtly pulls back the throttle only to launch back it with bold, crashing percussion. Most definitely one for the more moody dance floor.

On the flip, Cupel starts off a little lighter but defiantly delivers a punch. Muted kicks and atmosphere provide the backdrop while delayed synths trip out over the top. Monoloc picks up the pace ever so slightly as skipping hi hats given the track more urgency before ethereal pads glisten through the heart.
