Elektric Bazaar proudly presents "Magic Woodland," the latest sonic and visual masterpiece by IBÄ, a visionary artist whose roots are deeply entwined with the essence of psychedelic rock and electronic music.

This release promises to transport listeners into a world where the boundaries between reality and the mystical blur, guided by the shamanic artistry of Ibä through his original track and video clip.  

"Magic Woodland" is an odyssey crafted to evoke the enchanting atmosphere of an ancient forest, where every note is a step deeper into the wilderness of the mind. The track is a fusion of acid techno, indie dance and psychedelic rock, creating a rich and immersive soundscape, led by IBÄ’s electric guitar.

We're thrilled to introduce our latest signing: the French electronic duo Nomenklatür. Renowned for their innovative and genre-blending sound, Nomenklatür makes their debut with a captivating EP featuring three original tracks, each offering a unique sonic experience that pushes the boundaries of leftfield electronica.

The journey begins with "King Da Ka," a track that blends intricate rhythms with atmospheric textures, creating a rich sonic palette that captivates from the very first note. Following is "Say It," which delves deeper into the duo’s experimental ethos with its pulsating beats and hauntingly melodic undertones. 42 records / Ivreatronic are proud to present 'Spezzatino Porcino', the new ALBUM by Fabio Fabio.  Spezzatino Porcino could be described as progressive trip-hop, with Fabio Fabio (Marco Foresta and Mattia Ricco) roaming between electronic, tribalism, slow rhythms, and short casual moments from RAI 3 Radio and the sounds of the woods in Canavese. These elements become explorations of a mysterious tropical jungle: a provincial man who mutates into a man of the world.

A work unique in genre, it consists of 7 tracks immersed in various soundscapes that amplify the diversity of the ingredient mixture. The compositions are like trips into the memories of someone else, such as a school outing to 'Minitalia,' resembling an adventure on a cycling trip, cinematic and intense. These suggestions completely transform old vinyl records found in flea markets or gifts from relatives who have abandoned record players in cellars and now listen to music on their phones: new primitivism.

A play between dark sounds, heavy beats, and elegant arrangements creates a sound that transforms with a particular style, organic and varied to such a point that it would be difficult to recall similar music from elsewhere.

Imagine visiting an old abandoned villa, in the middle of woods that have overtaken it, each room offering a different sound, out of order, still and serene. Every door opens to the power of a disturbing place of memories that are not symmetric, but ordered and fragmented: then becomes now. Pagan rhymes ooze from the walls. A promiscuous blending holds a density of sound in a wild form, artisanal and fun: this is the key to understanding the recipe of Spezzatino Porcino.

Here is the mix I recorded on Ile du Levant on 15.08.24

It was a special set for me coming back to this island 3 years later, I had such a great night and great holidays in the meantime. 

I hope you will like it as much as I do. Made with some new gems, tracks I love to play over and over and tracks I rediscover with this crazy dancefloor energy. It sits somewhere between dark disco, indie dance, acid house and Hi NRG influences.

‚Sputnik Snare‘ is the first contact made by ‚Church of Ajijik‘, a new mysterious duo consisting of the space traveling prophets ‚MynkMynk‘ and ‚1409‘, the alter egos of veteran musicians ‚Deckert‘ and ‚Laser‘.

The new found Berlin act produces self proclaimed ‚Krautrave‘, a form of psychedelic brutalism inspired by the likes of CAN, Harmonia, NEU!, The KLF and Suicide, handcrafted for unique dancefloor processions.

A stoic drum machine pattern fused with a simple bassline marks the marching core foundation which provides the dark canvas for a colorful playground of harmonic elements ranging from groovy synth patterns to krautrocky guitar riffs. ‚Sputnik Snare‘ finds it soaring climax in a crescendo of percussions before it fades out into the spacey void it originated from.

‚Church of Ajijik‘ are experimental explorers but deeply rooted in the core principles of rave culture, which makes their firstborn an appealing tool for both slightly adventurous DJ sets and chilled out after hours at home.

Post lockdown does not mean we need to fall back into the same patterns like we did before. This EP contains a smooth transition to a new reality. ULTRATERRENO is Tagliabue`s newest EP on the Berlin and Zurich based micro Label Lustpoderosa.
The celestial sounds from the italian producer Tagliabue is a healing process of well tempered analog synthesizers. The cure is in the mix of pre dancefloor and ambient tracks inlcuding a slow trancy chug from well known and apreciated selector AnatolianWeapons.
Tagliabue is not just inspired by the afro cosmic heritage of Beppe Loda and Daniele Baldelli, but also from post-folk, rock, prog and kraut influences of 70’s and early 80’s, passing through New Wave and Synth Pop of Gaznevada or The Stupid Set and not to forget italians rave culture of the 90s with Franceso Farfa and Marco Dionigi just to mention a few.
This very intimate EP is a meditative and transcendental journey to another world. Literally.
