Being closely connected to the label, it was only a matter of time before Daniele Cosmo was released on Pinkman. At long last, he makes his debut appearance with co-conspirator CCO as Savage Grounds. What they came up with is a tight two tracker presenting full speed, minimalistic punk electro workouts. From her window she watched them laugh and drink on the green. She'd long imagined herself there with them, sipping champagne in their designer outfits, not giving a thought to the outside world. Perhaps it wasn't all it was cracked up to be, perhaps underneath it all they were sad and lonely, maybe she was better off with her low paid job and her second hand clothes. Maybe she was happier...

Berlin-based musician Chris Imler delivers the next release on Benedikt Frey, Nadia D’Alò and Markus Woernle's R.I.O. label. Marking the fourth release on the imprint, following instalments from the label bosses Nadia and last year's various artists EP, Country Club brings two original hypnotic cuts to the table and two remixes from INIT, the project of Benedikt Frey & Nadia D’Alò, and Nyege Nyege's Debmaster that take the productions into darker realms.

"Chris Imler, who alternates between eternal street boy and dubious
magician, has succeeded in upgrading to a prophet with his third
record. The 12-inch, completed in January and released on May 15th
on vinyl, is exaggeratedly up to date. Though it would never occured
to him in his wildest nightmares while doing it, Chris Imler produced
the soundtrack for the state of emergency. "I measure time in
catastrophes / The scale is open ended / The house collapses, the
city burns / A laser beam leads me to the Country Club" says the
chorus of "Country Club". The music itself sounds like an emergency
from the first second on. Synths like deeply pitched sirens, a beat like
ground troops."

"Following up to his studio companion Trenton Chase’s latest LP ‘Planar Array’ released earlier in 2020, half of Manie Sans Délire June turns up on Artificial Dance with his anticipated new mini-album, ‘Horizons’. True to the signature synth-splattered sound of his and his duo, June’s newest wave-imbued manifesto has us swimming amidst an organized chaos of roughly extruded keyboard wizardry, punk-minded drum programming and a retro-futuristic headspace. 

Full streaming of "New Horizons”  Dry repetitive broken beat,  sequenced melodic synthlines, detached vocals and noise effects create a sense of space that relies on the futuristic gleam of June's  electronic landscape.

Long time friend and collaborator of the label, Theo Delaunay aka Panoptique aka Constance Chlore, releases his first solo album on Lyon's finest Macadam Mambo. Head of the Simple Music Experience label (dedicated to release punk experiment on tape), member of Violent Quand On Aime, Succhiamo, Simplists, Ono Omen and United Assholes, he had previously been part of the “Danzas Electricas” volumes 1 and 3, released a little single in 2019 and curated the “Simple Music Experience Vol.2” compilation in the house. 
Panoptique stick to what he knows to do the best, to present his stories, singing spoken words, gogolitos deliriums, whispers and rough voices on Minimal Synth Wave ballads or Drexciyan’s Electro bangers, it’s brut, mental, sometimes brutal and so so groovy in the meanwhile.
