Nokia Balistikz blends club-focused sound design with experimental structures, moving between broken rhythms, heavy bass, and textural detail. Rooted in the aesthetics of the Bern underground, the album reflects a DIY approach that values rawness, and sonic unpredictability.

The production relies on a combination of analog and digital techniques, using samplers, drum machines, and synthesizers, with a strong focus on 90s sample CDs and hardware as both sound sources and creative tools. 

It integrates elements from Rap, Drill, Baile Funk, and experimental electronic music. Field recordings, vocal fragments, and ambient noise are layered into the compositions, with intentional roughness and looseness playing a central role in the aesthetic.

Ozora 2019 When Astral Projection played a heart melting set they came back to the back stage ..
we asked them what was that beautiful melodic track in the middle they sayd Y-Salem ..
we asked the permission to touch this  beautiful classic they agreed thankfully :)
since the original is such an old school goa vibe we decided to make a more modern twist to it with a very clean sound and a track you can dance too but also enjoy in headphones in a trip ..
