Let's Start A Universe

Written, produced, and performed by yours truly.

The album title, and a lot of the lyricism, drew from the experiences, emotions, and thought patterns I've had over the last year and a half. I have lots of anxieties about the world, but I'm grateful for the love and support of my friends and family.

Musically, the biggest inspiration for this album has been my Weber upright piano, which we bought second-hand shortly after moving to CT. It has a practice pedal, which plops a nice thick felt right down between the strings and the hammers. I'll sit down and doodle on it daily. In the end, I ended up recording it for every song on the album except the two instrumental songs, ironically enough. The last song on the album is a solo piano/vocal piece.

As a Songwriter, the aim was to re -record and  share my work again after decades of rejections and it all getting lost as it was on reel to reel and tape (Yes I'm Jurassic 😁)  I didn't/don't  have any further goals at this stage, But when I posted the teaser for "All Fall Down" a track for anyone that's lost someone to suicide, I had so many lovely and also heart- breaking messages/comments  and those asking where they could  purchase,  I have  dropped it here as a Free download. I hope in some way it will help in us all  coming together and sharing and  that new friendships will be  made,. As a Songwriter I use an  AI vocal because I want to showcase them the way I Imagine them to sound vocally.   All I ask is that you will consider sharing it.   #Suicideawareness
