Mark Starr is a Florida raised, Bay Area based producer and DJ. His unique production style blending breaks, electro, and acid tinged bass  has been featured on multiple BBC Radio 1 Essential Mixes, Rinse.FM, and most recently Boiler Room. Alongside his releases on DIRTYBIRD, OWSLA, Food Music, and Perfect Driver, Mark’s remixes and originals have been a staple on CHP Records since the label ramped up last year.

With track selections spanning Berlin to the Bay Area and everywhere in-between, Mark’s second mix for CHP seamlessly weaves between various styles of electro, breaks, and genre defying bass tracks.  

With more music slated to release on CHP and other labels this year, we look forward to hearing what’s yet to come from Mark Starr.

For the 25th edition of the CHP Mix series we have a very special treat for you all. I had the honor and privilege to record a one-for-one b2b set with Legendary bass technician, Scratch-D!

Our goal for the session was to juxtapose old school classics with new school electronics to create a synergistic sound that takes you on an eclectic journey through more than 40 years of legendary music. It was a huge honor to record with such a huge inspiration, mentor, and friend and I am mega hyped about the creative body of sound we made to share with you.

Scratch D of Dynamix II (Miami) is a bass heavy Dj and producer of the highest order. Unconstrained by trends, his numerous game-changing contributions to the dance music world span over two decades longer than any EDM jock of the moment. DJ N-Hance is a Miami-based DJ born with a passion for playing and sharing music. His talents and recognition evolved throughout the years when he began to release underground mix tapes in 1990. His tapes were recognized by some of South Florida's then well-known promoters, allowing him to establish residencies throughout Miami's best-known nightclubs.

Since 1995, DJ N-Hance has been a prominent figure in the Florida Electro and Breaks scene. An active artist of the record label 808 Life, he has put out several of his own original tracks and collaborated with other well-known Florida Electro and Breaks DJs.

DJ N-Hance's unique sound and dedication to his craft have solidified his reputation as a key player in the Miami music scene.

Errorbeauty has been meticulously piecing together her impressive catalogue of releases since beginning DJ ing back in 2003.A professional flute musician by way of background, she gradually became drawn to electronic music’s intricately textured soundscapes - more specifically the broken, aggressive shades of Detroit Electro and Techno.
Her work continues to evolve and offers listeners a distinct reflection of Motor City’s relationship with the genre whilst demonstrating her own unique perspective of Electro, which brought her four times to the legendary club Tresor.
While living in Berlin she has performed at Berlin’s underground event series Skizze in OHM as well as Bold, Exquisite Berlin and Disobedient Circumstance at Suicide Circus Berlin to name a few and was a resident Dj at the well respected Suicide Circus Berlin club.
In 2021 she was also invited to perform at the mighty Boiler Room X Faza Sofia that took place in her homeland Bulgaria. In 2022 she performed at the mighy Ombra festival in Spain and Funkroom in Vienna.While staying in her homeland she was invited to play in various events at Wake up Stranja festival and Cymatic club Varna. Next to come is the long waited The Dodo club spring jam
in London on 4th of April. Errorbeauty has previously released music for Arkada ,Earthlings ,Crobot Muzik ,Combat Recordings,Section 27,Subsonic Device,The Electro
Compendium, Zodiak Commune Records, Outlaw 303 and has contributed a track together with Serge Geyzel for Pyramid Transsmisions PTV15 compilation.Another track of her own on Zwaartekracht 3.A and a track of her production that was released on Pyramid Transmissions label from the amazing
compilation Interstellar Communications Vol 2.1s and many more..
In 2018 together with XOR12, she launched the Electro/Techno record label Arkada Records with already 4 vinyl releases.
Arkada 004 featuring the sounds of ADJ and Adrien d’Elzius is now available in all around the shops in Europe,UK and US as well as on Arkadarecords website and Bandcamp pages where you can also get the full discography now available
on digital format.
Recently she once again performed at Tresor/Berlin this time for the first ever WIGS night celebrating the International Woman’s Day. You can catch her up playing on Friday the 16th of August in Vienna alongside the amazing ADJ , Fleck E.S.C , Altroy Jerome and more..

Andreas, who ventured into DJing back in 1995, started his musical journey crafting mix tapes and spinning drum and bass in Philadelphia's underground rave scene. Currently based in San Francisco, Andreas combines his love for music with his studies in computer science. Operating under the alias Tygre (@djtygre), he immersed himself in the darker realms of electro, techno, and drum and bass from 1997 to 2000. After a prolonged hiatus, Tygre, inspired by the hypnotic sounds of electro, techno, and drum and bass, is back to spread his passion for music, the art of mixing, and the creation of mesmerizing sonic journeys. Andreas is a monthly contributor to "Addicted 2 Bass", a weekly show on Deep Space Radio Detroit and SoundCloud. Enjoy the ride!

Joe Raico has been on the cutting edge of dance music since his teens. His preference for vinyl and the ability to mix fluidly was instilled at an early age. Music has been a symbiotic part of his life, whether it be clubbing around the globe or laying down seamless mixes behind the decks.

Initially stimulated by artists such as the Crystal Method, Hybrid and DJ Icey he would later turn his attention towards house music inspired by the likes of Sasha and Digweed.

His music philosophy is sophisticated while remaining simple. He plays the crowd to the style or genre of the night. Whether he is opening, headlining or closing a show- Raico believes the night is a journey that each DJ needs to build on until the mixer is off.

Power, a true stayer to the underground has a made his mark in the electronic music scene and continues to make significant strides across multiple facets of the industry. From the early 2000’s as a DJ to his current ventures in music production, and radio hosting. As a DJ, Power has performing at an array of prestigious venues and festivals across his native Ireland and in Europe. His dynamic sets, which blend styles and genres, while always being true to Detroit Techno & Electro earned him residencies at multiple club nights, often playing along side genre elites like Jeff Mills, Juan Atkins, Derek May to Dave Clarke, affirming his deep connection to the underground music community. While he also curating & promoting his club night Electric Circus for over a decade, hosting names Robert Hood, Steve Rachmad to Luke Slater. A notable aspect of Power’s career is his role as the host of the ' The Electric Circus Show ' a pirate radio show on opentempo fm. Through this platform, Power is dedicated to introducing listeners to a wide range of global talent that airs monthly. As a producer, Power's work has also made waves, with releases on labels such as Hilltown Disco, Mini Man Records,TakeOverRecords and Psykosocial. In addition to these Power oversees a record label, Midi Mode Records adding another dimension to his multifaceted career. Through his label, sonic sounds of Electro & Techno can be found as he continues to push the next wave of electronic music. Growing up in. Frankfurt , Andre was exposed to the sounds from Kraftwerk , Nucleus , Soul Sonic Force, Kurtis Blow and PAC Jam just to name a few from his late Father Randy Morales who was a dj from Hells Kitchen NY.  Every Friday night Andre’s father would religiously mix music and this was the beginning of Andre’s journey. 
     By the age of 9 while living on the island of Crete , Andre’s father brought him with to a local discotech as his mother was out of town and leaving him home was not an option. It was at then that Andre became interested in learning how to mix records all because of the pure joy he saw on his fathers face as he was behind the dj booth. 
     It would not be very long after this experience that Andre turned 10 and his father would  start to teach the basics of djing . 
     Fast forward to Christmas 1993 now living in Tampa ,Florida . Andre recieved his first Mixer a Gemini Scratch Master and was extatic to be able to use his fathers Denon cd players from Europe with the +\- pitch adjust but was denied as his father said that it would be turntables that would be what Andre would have to start on. 
This was 31 years ago almost to the date of writing this . 
     Fast forward to the late 90s where Andre would quite frequently visit the local record store Painted Puppy so much that he was offered a job. This was during a very incredible time for the music scene in Florida and at the age of 18 , Dre was opening for legendary DJs like Rick West , Icey , Fixx, RFresh , and Dj Magic Mike just to name a few . 
     Long story short this has always been a passion for Andre and it has never become a way to make money because then it would be considered a job. With many cool experiences through out the years he helped start the Krime Fyter brand with his good friends from back in the 7th grade days Cedrac and Abed Pompa believed in his vision of bringing together Hio Hop and electronic music around 2012.

Sean Kosa is alive and well and living in Montreal. Born in Toronto but having lived in Central Asia for a large part of the last 20 years, his music is influenced by not only the sounds of the roots of electronic music and it's futurist aesthetic, but also the paradox between the rural beauty and the brutalism of post-Soviet Asia which he experienced while living there.
He has been performing, DJing and releasing music for over 30 years involved in various musical projects. In 2022 he launched his own imprint 'Facecontrol Audio Industries' with a mandate to explore both the brutal and the melodic, a nod to the listener, and the dancefloor. 2025 is going to be a big year for Facecontrol with 2 remix EPs slated, an outstanding debut EP by Petey Pile, and of course new music by Sean Kosa.

D.Vices is a project of Jack Coleman, a DJ, producer, event organizer and live performer based in Portland, Oregon. D.Vices builds on Jack’s 25-year immersion in rave and dance music culture to create a distinctive blend of raw rhythmic electro, breaks, acid and bass. Andre Elektro Morales is a Florida-based DJ with over 30 years in the game, known for his deep crates, precision mixing, and unapologetic passion for the music. He came up at the legendary Painted Puppy record store, working alongside and learning from Florida breakbeat legend Rick West, with key mentorship from B-Nice of Funklab and Adam Grow of Ohverclock and CHP Recordings Ltd. Kim Cosmik started as a DJ for free party soundsystems Spiral Tribe and Bedlam and DJs at festivals and clubs all over the U.K and Europe. She was also one of the first women to play at the ledgendary Knowledge club in London.

Kim Cosmik has played at events such as Rebel Union at Fold, Unfold, Don't at Corsica studios, Shambala festval, Boomtown Festival, Woodfest, Electroweks, Hybrid rave at The Glove That Fits and Iklecktic in London as well as About Blank in Berlin and several events in Hastings on a regular basis.

Kim Cosmik runs her own event called Hybrid Rave which started in 2019 and has taken place in Hastings, London and Birmingham with a host of artists such as Jerome Hill, Radioactiveman, Syrte, Transparent Sound, Aaron Liberator and No Data Available.

Kim Cosmik also runs her own label called Cybersoul and also releases music on many other labels such as 2020 Vision, Science Cult, Touched Music, Moatun and many more.

Kim Cosmik is a resident at Techno-club.net and also has a radio show on Aaja Radio.
