Last weekend we had our Full Moon in the sign of Capricorn, for the second time.

This second Full Moon in Capricorn brings a powerful energy to find structure and balance in your life. The combined influences of Pluto, Uranis, Mars and Neptune can lead to significant changes and insights. 

This period offers an opportunity to break old patterns and discover new creative possibilities.

You may be focused on your career, but at the same time experience tension in finding a balance between work on the other hand and family and relationships on the other. An inner struggle may arise between feelings an reason, because you feel that changes are necessary and sticking to the old is no longer possible.

Crossfade Sounds presents the Whatever EP from The Open Circle and Angel Lebailly, a collaborative project that brings together two returning artists from the label's growing roster. The Belgian producer The Open Circle made his debut in 2024 with the Second Life EP, while German artist Angel Lebailly first appeared on our inaugural cassette release in early 2025.

Their joint effort features four dub techno compositions — We Are Astronauts, Lunar Eclipse (Dark Night Mix), Symbiosis, and The Journey Into the Mist. Each piece blends atmospheric depth with rhythmic restraint, where subtle motion and evolving textures invite the listener into a meditative sonic space.

With Whatever EP, The Open Circle and Angel Lebailly explore the introspective side of techno, crafting a collection that feels both immersive and timeless, perfectly aligned with the Crossfade Sounds aesthetic.

“An unseen balance between light and darkness”

Scattering for many years between different underground music genres, this frequency collided with the techno soundscape in 2016, creating an outburst of energy.

Equipped with a rumbling, driving, and unseen dedication to his passion, his journey began...

After he took the Belgian MUSICASA producer’s education, as a first step to pursuing his dream, he quickly released EP's and remixes on melodic techno labels such as SMR Underground, Melodia Records, Tanzgemeinschaft, and Papaya music.

After releasing and performing on various stages, and through the process of producing and self-awareness, he felt the melodic techno genre wasn’t the perfect reflection of what inspired and drove him.

In 2022 he had a change of heart as he started focusing more on
underground hypnotic, atmospheric and ambient techno, reaching for that inner spirit and dynamic balance. This resulted in releases on some of the biggest labels in the hypnotic scene like DORIAN, The Gods Planet, BAHN, Khoros, Informa, Space Textures, Arcadia,... with many more on the way.

Host of the podcast ‘Adjust (BE) Invites’ (2020-2023), he invited numerous DJ’s and Producers to make a signature guest mix, where the DJ/producer is the key element.

For over 130 episodes spreading over 3 years and reaching new listeners each month, the fanbase and mutual respect between colleagues kept growing daily.

In 2023 he started a new and hypnotic/deep-techno-exclusive podcast called ‘Andhera’, which translates to ‘darkness’ in Sanskrit. With every Full Moon or Solar Eclipse, a talented and highly respected DJ/producer creates a unique story.

An artist, hand-picked by himself, whom he highly admires, respects and who empowers and understands techno’s dark, ambient and emotional side.⁠

His style of playing and producing can be described as a perfectly, yet delicate, carved out balance between light and darkness, melancholic and emotionally charged. Cinematic sounds, rich and full of atmospheres, super evocative soundscapes with an inexplicable soul that can only be grasped when fully immersed into it.
