A song dedicated to goddess Skadi, 5 am improv trying to make a song to appease the frost goddess, pleading her to be gentle on the frost this year because some of our loved ones are out there in the open and they might need some help to get trough the coldest nights of the year.
This still needs some polishing but I am happy with the concept and can’t wait to have more time so I can do a remake of this…

December has become a bit of a dark period remembering people I've lost so the composition reflects the melancholy while also reflecting the great memories I had with them (so not all gloomy). First time I've composed something with/for cello and violin using software instruments - so hopefully one day with real instruments. Happy 2025!
