제주도 숲 곶자왈에 펼쳐진 자연을 본다. 아름답다. 주변 환경이 바뀔 때마다 생명을 이어가기 위해 고군분투하는 모습이 처절한 아름다움을 자아낸다. 인간은 위로받는다. 인간도 자연의 일부로 생을 이어가고 있다. 살아나가기 위해 고통스럽게 적응하고 자신을 변형시킨다.
마냥 쾌적할 것 같았던 숲에 강한 기운이 도사린다. 오고 가는 기운이다. 죽어 흔적이 남은 것들, 죽어가는 것들, 살아남아 아직 왕성하게 자라는 것들.

바다가 들려주는 노래에서
나무가 뿜어내는 녹음 속에

-See the forest. We can see the desperate beautyof the nature, which has strugglings for living. Human can be comforted. Human also change and adapt to the new surroundings painfuly.
There is full of energy in the forest. It is not just only fresh. The Dead with traces, The Dying, The Living that still survives and grows.

통기타 하나로 홍대에서 공연을 시작했을 때 국악/제3세계/유럽 무드를 아우른다는 반응을 받으며 프릭포크/싸이키델릭 애시드 포크라고 불리던 애리가 드디어 첫 EP를 발매했다.
네곡은 밴드 사운드이며, 마지막은 어쿠스틱 기타와 빗소리, 전자음으로 이루어졌다.
[Seeds]는 싸이키델릭과 트립합을 좋아하던 애리가 음악가로서 딛는 첫 씨앗을 의미한다.
