We're super happy to feature the premiere of this great track by our friend @man2point0 on @neinrecords. We first heard this track back in Spring this year and were instantly big fans playing it regularly and featuring on one of our guest mixes for Serial Experiments. Soon after we heard Nein picked it up along with a few other tracks and the rest is history. We reckon its still sounding as fresh as when we first heard it and happy to share with you guys on its release date :-)

Chris Davis the legend, one of the former creator and participant of West London cold wave electronic band Shoc Corridor, is now a protagonist of next release from super eclectic Electronic Emergencies imprint based in Rotterdam. Mr. Davis had created three original mixes which was supported by remixes from Dutch's Rude 66, Machinegewehr and Swede Yabibo Hazurfa. 
And if you gaze long enough into an abyss, the abyss will gaze back into you. "Travelling Into The Abyss" - is a direct refutation of Nietzsche’s theory, six and the half minutes of self confidence traveling with the acid techno stalker who will lead you there , where the rays of light cannot protect you from the energy of the world of darkness. James Welsh continues his run of exemplary club singles on Phantasy with another powerful and uncompromising two-track release, Sitting/Rubber Dog. The record follows D974, which earned support from DJs including Laurent Garnier, Charlotte de Witte and Luke Slater.

Sitting enforces precision rhythm with a rolling, dystopian bass line alongside a hypnotic and memorable vocal sample. As the tension increases, the track’s clinical feel is unexpectedly flipped on its own head, blossoming into an intoxicating and emotive synth melody.

Meanwhile, Rubber Dog stays true to its absurdist title, as Welsh dials his analogue assistance to a head-spinning maximum, pulping out an unwieldy jam that blends industrial and electro influences to riveting and darkly psychedelic effect.

Todd Nickolas and Dominic Paterson were born and raised in rural South-Western Ontario Canada, an unlikely setting for the kind of leftfield music they grew up with and eventually produced. They had the good fortune of having older relatives into alternative underground music, so much of the late 70s and early 80s were spent plundering record collections and making mixtapes. Todd and Dominic met in high school, geeking out over each other’s Kraftwerk and Depeche Mode shirts. In 1987 they started making music together, which wasn’t easy to categorize as their personal styles and musical tastes were constantly evolving. From synthpop and EBM/industrial, to electro and early hip hop and house music, to post-punk and dub and all points between, whatever the duo encountered was embraced enthusiastically. The transition into the techno and ambient years of the 90s was therefore a natural one, their early influences always finding their way into their productions one way or another in addition to the new sounds they were creating. The rave era was a revelation for them, because there they found their people and scene. The anything-is-possible optimism that went along with it coincided with a general twentysomething feeling of youthful euphoria about a world full of possibilities. Infinities of Life was originally released in 1994 as part of the 12” Universality EP (Floorshaker Productions). This percussive techno-trance track perfectly captures the xtc euforia that swept across warehouse dancefloors back then.

Swiss duo Psycho Weazel drop two eccentric cuts on the Argent Sale imprint entitled ‘Race/Stracciatella’. The story of Psycho Weazel is that of a musical thunderbolt between two sensitive guys who radiate captivating productions from their studio nestled on the shore of Lake Neuchâtel that can be found on labels such as À Table, Paradise Chilren and Le Jour Me Nuit. Psycho Weazel are an upcoming Swiss duo who grew up at the foot of a mountain and produce radically universal music that’s been supported by the likes of Curses, Red Axes, Who Made Who, Tushen Raï & Cornelius Doctor, Simple Symmetry earning then gigs at venues around the Swiss region. Heavy but delicate, powerful and light, rigid and groovy, these two tracks are the story of a paradox. The story of an absolutely insane rave, where the slow pace of the music is inversely proportional to the energy it releases. ‘Race’ kicks things off with emphatic leads that sweep underneath the chugging rhythms and modulated melodies that are filled with eccentricity while Stracciatella features uplifting, cosmic synths that progress throughout fused with acid stabs and revolving percussion.
