Here comes the Electro Swing mix of the classic "It Don't Mean A Thing", originally composed by Duke Ellington in 1931. The Roaring Twenties are back and producer Wolfgang Lohr from Berlin has teamed up with the swedish vocal trio The Hebbe Sisters. Their clear voices and skills are amazing and round off the retro feeling with a gentle touch of Jazz. Wolfgang Lohr gave this production his spin of House and other club music vibes, with a rolling bassline and various grooves in a modern arrangement. It's kind of Neo Swing mixed with Garage and typical House drums, swing shuffles and all those big band sounds and banging horns on top! #IDMAT

Twilight is that magical and mysterious time between Dusk and Dawn or Sunrise and Sunset. The number of daylight hours depends on the latitude and time of year. Each pole has continuous daylight near its summer solstice. 

Twilight is noted by painted skies in soft glows of red and blue hues. Photographers refer to twilight as the "golden hour" to take photos.  The mystique of twilight has been a source of inspiration for scientists, philosophers, writers, and artists of all types since the dawn of time!

Forever Twilight for Piano and Strings

Now retired from a life 'on the road' as a freelance keyboard player, I compose and record in my home studio, situated in the Carrick Hills in Southern Scotland. My music is mainly instrumental in nature and is a reflection of my life experience, sometimes real and sometimes imagined.
My influences are many and I have quite probably been shaped by listening to the very many "giants" of music, both players and composers. From classical to contemporary jazz and everything in between. My main instrument is the keyboard, whether that be piano, organ or synth. But I also play banjo, flute and percussion. I have a special relationship'with bass, whether upright or electric and use virtual and synth basses from numerous sources, but mainly Trilian by Spectrasonics.
