BITE MY MIND

This "JamTune" track featuring fellow local jazz guitarist and friend Mike Hoffman, who is an incredibly productive composer and producer of his own distinctly unique sounding collection of albums, collaborates with me on this creation.

This track was originally published and featured on my "Audric & Friends" SC site in 2020, during the era known as the "pandemic lock-down".
With the help and mutually shared inspiration of a small handful of LOCAL musician friends of mine, approximately a dozen fun and creative instrumental tracks where published within a half-year time frame.  
I refer to this special group of tracks collectively as the "JamTune" series.

From the 2020 "JamTune" series... this track features good friend and fellow musician/guitarist TIM JORDAN in a funk/rock/progressive, and spacey sounding collaborative creation.

For now I'm not using A.I. while creating my music. I share songs generated by A.I. only for informational purposes to make the unaware aware of the coming revolution in music.

At the beginning I would like to sincerely apologize that I am responding to comments late and I am sometimes unable to keep up with listening to your work, but I still work full-time in a profession that has absolutely nothing to do with music and I have my duties towards family and home.

Born in 1970. Music fan since 1985. Now heaving fun with making music. I'm self-taught, playing everything by ear. Started in 1990's but due to certain circumstances left until April 2022. My music is created in Ableton Live Intro (until december 2022) and Standard with mostly free plug-ins. Fan of soundtracks (my personal heros are John Williams, Clint Mansell, Philip Glass, Thomas Newman, Hans Zimmer and much more), world music (Dead Can Dance), chillout (Bent, Zero7, Groove Armada, St. Germain, Air, Röyksopp, Kosheen and more), trip-hop (Massive Attack, Portishead), acid jazz (Us 3), fusion (Pat Metheny Group, Dirty Loops), progressive rock (Porcupine Tree), classical (Tchaikovsky, Mozart, Debussy, Orff, Mussorgsky) electronica (Imogen Heap), IDM/House (Moderat, Apparat, Plaid) and electronic music (Vangelis, Kraftwerk, Isao Tomita, Marek Biliński, J.J. Jarre).

Now retired from a life 'on the road' as a freelance keyboard player, I compose and record in my home studio, situated in the Carrick Hills in Southern Scotland. My music is mainly instrumental in nature and is a reflection of my life experience, sometimes real and sometimes imagined.
My influences are many and I have quite probably been shaped by listening to the very many "giants" of music, both players and composers. From classical to contemporary jazz and everything in between. My main instrument is the keyboard, whether that be piano, organ or synth. But I also play banjo, flute and percussion. I have a special relationship'with bass, whether upright or electric and use virtual and synth basses from numerous sources, but mainly Trilian by Spectrasonics.
