Macarena Rosmanich, a Chilean composer based in Germany, is one of the most active international voices of a growing scene of Latin American female composers. Although her career has developed mainly in Europe, her eagerness to motivate future female composers in her country of origin, makes her have permanent contact with the contemporary Chilean scene. 
The concept of intertextuality is at the center of her work. Each piece is linked to other pieces, through elements that are then developed in a new context, generating a universe that interacts and evolves internally. This universe is not isolated, but also discusses or is inspired by narrative literature, poetry, art, as well as social and political events.  All this works as an engine that triggers a flow of sound relationships that give rise to her work. 
"The close relationship between compositional work and literature, has led me to conceive spaces that complement each other and merge into a unity through music. My approach seeks to provide the poetic form with a new temporal dimension, a sort of collaboration between sound and word that transcends conventional boundaries. In essence, my purpose is to blur the boundaries of pre-existing form and structure in a work, rearranging them in such a way as to configure a new work, thus redefining the essence of the original. This process not only involves a stylistic transformation, but also seeks to open up new routes of interpretation, allowing the musical composition to dialogue in a unique way with the poetry and, in turn, establish a richer and more dynamic connection with time."
Her work ranges from chamber and vocal music to works for orchestra and musical theatre. She has worked with numerous international soloists, orchestras and ensembles, such as Musikfabrik, Kommas, Via Nova, Mosaik, Recherche, Multilatérale, United Instruments of Lucilin, KNM Berlin, Vertixe Sonora, L'ART POUR L'ART, Reflexion K, Broken Frames Syndicate, among others. 
Her works have been performed in Latin America, Germany, France, Italy, England, Spain and Luxembourg. 
She studied at the University of Chile where she graduated with distinction and continued her postgraduate studies with composer José María Sánchez Verdú at the Robert Schumann Musikhochschule in Düsseldorf and later a master's degree in composition at the University of Freiburg with Johannes Schöllhorn.

Francisco Silva Cárdenas (Los Andes, 1978)
Compositor y Profesor chileno.
Sus proyectos de creación y difusión de música contemporánea han sido seleccionados en diversas oportunidades por el Fondo para el Fomento de la Música Nacional y sus obras, premiadas en diversos concursos, tales como: Concurso de Composición Luis Advis, Concurso Latinoamericano de Composición del Goethe Institut y Convocatoria de la Orquesta Sinfónica de la Universidad de Concepción.
 En el año 2009, junto a los compositores Juan Pablo Orrego y Andrés Núñez, funda la editorial de partituras  "Figura Ediciones Musicales", en donde se desempeña como miembro del comité editorial y copista.
Sus más de 70 obras han sido interpretadas por el Taller de Música Contemporánea UC, Trío Croma, Ensemble Nuevo, Ensamble Dibujos, Ensamble Fractus, Dúo Sereno, Orquesta de Cámara de Chile, Orquesta Sinfónica de la Serena y Orquesta Sinfónica de Concepción y dirigidas por destacados músicos como Juan Pablo Izquierdo, Pablo Aranda, Zsolt Nagy,  Guillermo Rifo, Francisco Rettig y Doron Salomon.
Es Cofundador del proyecto educativo, social y pedagógico "Desde Fuera del Centro".
En el año 2022 gana la comisión de obra por parte de la Fundación Teatro del Lago y SIMUC.
Durante ese mismo año  realiza su primer "Concierto Monográfico" en Los Andes,en donde José Luis Urquieta, el Grupo Percusión Valparaíso y el Ensamble F(r)actura interpretaron sólo obras de su autoría.

Francisco Silva  Cárdenas (1978)
Composer and educator based in Los Andes, Chile.
He studied musical composition under Pablo Aranda both privately and at University of Chile and Catholic University of Chile.
Many of his Contemporary Music creation and promotion projects have been selected and funded by Fondo para el Fomento de la Música Nacional.
Some of his compositions have been awarded at a variety of competitions, such as: Luis Advis Composition Competition, Latin American Composition Competition by Goethe Institute and Universidad de Concepción´s Symphony Orchestra´s Competition.
He has written more than 70 compositions, which have been played by Contemporary Music UC Ensemble,  Fractura Ensemble, Dibujos Ensemble and Chamber Orchestra of Chile, among others. His compositions have been conducted by Zsolt Nagy, Juan Pablo Izquierdo, Doron Salomon and Francisco Rettig, among others.
Since 2009, he is the co-founder and a member of the editorial board of “Figura Ediciones Musicales”.
Since 2013, he is the co-founder of the artistic, pedagogic and social project “Desde Fuera del Centro”. This innovative project promotes a democratic access to Contemporary Music in Chilean communities that have not had access to it.

Dúo de música contemporánea de la ciudad de Buenos Aires creado a finales de 2018. Integrado por Selene Erbes en Flauta Traversa y Juan Pedro Torresani en Violoncello, la búsqueda musical del dúo está dada desde la exploración sonora, el diálogo entre los instrumentos y la fusión de sus timbres a través de las posibilidades de la intervención de los mismos, el uso de efectos y amplificación. A partir de composiciones propias buscan desarrollar un lenguaje que los represente e identifique estéticamente, tanto como intérpretes y como compositores. Se han presentado en diversos escenarios y festivales en Argentina, tales como el Festival Internacional de Flautas, FIMM y Atemporánea.
