Not all are blessed with rapid growth from opening, but from the beginning, the story of Eighty-Eight Brewing Co. has been a story of growth, challenges, and success. With a yearly growth of 20% since opening the brewery has changed a lot, and has faced obstacles in each face from being a local brewery in Calgary to becoming a regional powerhouse in Alberta.

So we sat down with brewmaster Donovan Fast to get to know their story and development, and what they have done to build a production team from 2 people to 12 in five years, all while making sure they are making products that always deliver top quality.
