Recorded Wednesday, August 31, 2022 @ Burners Without Borders, Burning Man 2022, Black Rock City(built on Northern Paiute (Numu) land).

It was through an invitation to Burning Man from the Burners Without Borders camp that first inspired my "yes" and subsequent journey to the Black Rock Desert. This was the first of three sets I played at the camp - this one being a one-hour morning prayer and meditation that anchored in the vibe for a yoga session that followed. May this prayer and meditation ripple into your life and to all beings you encounter.

This is a live recording of one of my favorite sets from the SunSet Cacao Dance's I played this season in Guatemala at Eagles Nest. The journey starts with a cacao ceremony and then begins with slower, spacious music. The energy builds slowly through the mix and peaks followed by a cool down towards the end as the energy comes back down. These sorts of sets are some of my favorites to play. This set also contains some of my unreleased tunes.

As musical and deep-soul brethren, Captures and Sādana have been harnessing their crafts for years, letting the winds blow their spirits from land to land, shining bright, even in the darkest of places. Their paths crossed in Berlin, the crux of electronic music and led them to collaborate and co-create on a crucial body of work, just when the World needed it most. This series, coming to be known as K I N S H I P, explores the depths of our hearts and the strength and courage in our patience, in friendship, in service; together. It is primarily improvised, with an undercurrent of produced work performed and launched live by Captures then layered and performed over by Sādana.
