Here’s the 43rd the vurt podcast of an hour set from deep techno specialist - Ness. Originally from Sardinia, Italy, and now living in Sofia, Bulgaria, Ness is the owner of the specialty deep techno label The Gods Planet and is well known as one of the world's leading deep techno artists. Having begun exploring deep, Internal sounds in the mid-2000s, Ness has slowly perfected his signature sound over the dedicate, reinterpreting the depth, warmth, and subtle ecstasy of trance and psychedelia over hypnotic rhythmic structures into a contemporary technoid context. With 2022's Flesh of God (Navigare Audio), his second full-length album, Ness is sharing the results of his long-crafted vision with the world.

@obsidiaan is the project formed by the Mexican-born, Barcelona-based artists Hector Tlaseca and Yves Del Rio. They produce their own music which they perform live, as well as running the label Feinkost Records. 

This mix was recorded live during the TILECT anniversary party at LAUT club Barcelona, using a combination of hardware gear and midi controllers, as a reinterpretation of their recent work, most of which is still unreleased.

Alderaan is the pseudonym of Franco De Michele, a music producer and DJ from Buenos Aires, Argentina.

In 2014, he began his career as a producer by releasing music in the recognized dutch label Planet Rhythm.  His discography extends to labels such as Mindtrip Music, Warm Up Recordings, Insula Records, Pole Group, among others. Alderaan is also co-founder of the label Danza Nativa.

Hypnotic Black Magic is a Berlin-based DJ inspired by dark/deep/hypnotic techno, atmospheric ambient and ritualistic drums. She is also the creator of the event series Art Bei Ton and Ambient Sleepers.

Through her sets, her goal is to create musical journeys conceived as introspective explorations of human's deepest obscure thoughts, meditative states and sensual expressions.

NESS (The Gods Planet - IT)

Ness is a dj and producer born and raised in Sardinia, acknowledged for his style over a decade of music with a background in sound engineering and many years of research and fine-tuning. He gradually developed a distinct technique with a strong focus on atmosphere combined with hypnotic rhythms. Having performed in some of the most relevant clubs and festivals around the globe, he steadily releases music and collaborates with several renowned techno labels within the scene. With experience as label manager through the years with partnership on Mono Records and The Gods Planet, he later established his spin off project label Ness Reworks in 2018. Ness music and dj set are well accepted and defined as an exploration of wide range of deep hypnotic techno and ambient soundscapes.

Art Bei Ton is an artistic project focusing on merging electronic music and visual arts, though the promotion of events, podcast series and a label.  

Organizing events in Berlin and Europe, our goal is to create some immersive experiences, offering Hypnotic Techno/Ambient DJ sets and live acts, together with VJing, art exhibition, interactive audio-visual installations, performances, panels and workshops.  

Curating international artists, we want to embrace more inclusivity in the scene through the promotion of diverse and gender-balanced line ups. It is important for us to highlight female artists, queer actors of our community and fight together against all kinds of discrimination.
