Following their 5th anniversary, the Berlin-based event series Art Bei Ton is kicking off its label with a first VA release ‘Approaching The Illusion’ featuring 7 tracks from Ambient to Hypnotic and Deep Techno.  

The goal is to promote diverse international artists involved with our community and curate a sound reflecting different sides of our scene.  

Opening the VA with a dark and ritualistic Ambient track composed by the Sardinian artist @tvsflute, the journey follows a shamanic path by touching some euclidean rhythmics with the downtempo beat from our Art Bei Ton resident @mownofficial.  

Approaching a hypnotic dimension with @amlia’s unique atmospheric production, the VA follows up with a psychedelic tune from the Leipzig-based artist @vanta_techno.  

The collaboration between @fephmusic and @mr_tron offers another aspect of the hypnotic sound, with some more driving and uplifting vibes.  

Wrapping up this first release, the Berlin-based artist @andreacossumusic brings us to an unusually long and trippy journey through some mental whispering voices. The Indian producer @synistermusic takes the listener into a dark and dystopian momentum through a powerful Deep Techno groove.

The Profundo Collective is releasing the second edition of the "Ritmos de la Reunión" compilation, which features names like Trøm Borg, Adhémar, Morpha, Federico Corrado, Hod, and Doctrina Natura. Today's spotlight falls upon the latter, whose track "Incarnation" serves as the grand finale of this diverse release.
Doctrina Natura, hailing from Seville, crafts a steady, pulsating groove that acts as the bedrock for his track. Imagine it as the beating heart of a divine being, upon which he layers ethereal pads and melodies that shimmer like celestial stardust. These elements linger and intertwine, creating a magic that feels both grounded and otherworldly. It's an apt closing track, embodying the essence of "incarnation" – the divine brought to life in a tangible form, just as the compilation itself brings together the diverse talents of these international artists.
"Ritmos de la Reunión volume 2" is coming out on February 12.

It's 1 March, winter's almost at an end and it's time to discover this new session, the nineteenth since the series began, and today we're honoured to invite an immensely talented and machine-savvy artist based in Zurich, Mateo Hurtado!  Here, the artist offers us an hour of mystical, tribal set, a mix of shamarnic incantations, binaural drum beats, celestial pads and distant synthetic chants that could evoke the dawn of humanity. Mateo Hurtado is a well-known figure in deep techno music, having produced albums and EPs on prestigious labels such as @annulled_music and @spacedrummeditation, on @secuencias_temporales, and was also featured on our ACCENTVA series. Following the huge success of the 150th Amber Blue Recordings release by Andy Syn & Heinrich & Heine, the accompanying remix special is now available – and it's quite something. Two outstanding artists breathe new life into two of the anniversary tracks: Wailey, who tours worldwide and has releases on the scene's most important labels, turns ‘Voco Me’ into a real highlight, while DJ SAF, an up-and-coming newcomer and current host of the Amber Radio Show, takes on ‘Sacrifice My Love’.

Wailey brings his distinctive, energetic style to bear, transforming ‘Voco Me’ into a real festival moment. DJ SAF, on the other hand, delivers a fresh, creative and slightly different reinterpretation of ‘Sacrifice My Love’ with modern drive and a clear dancefloor orientation.

Art Bei Ton is an artistic project focusing on merging electronic music and visual arts, though the promotion of events, podcast series and a label.  

Organizing events in Berlin and Europe since 2018, our goal is to create some immersive experiences, offering Hypnotic Techno/Ambient DJ sets and live acts, together with VJing, art exhibition, interactive audio-visual installations, performances, panels and workshops.  

Curating international artists, we want to embrace more inclusivity in the scene through the promotion of diverse and gender-balanced line ups. It is important for us to highlight female artists, queer actors of our community and fight together against all kinds of discrimination.
