Georg Boehme joins me on my special rendition of Wayne Shorter's "Footprints".
When I initially invited Georg to join in on this track, I did not expect to get from him the additional sounds of a small sax/brass ensemble. 
But evidently that is what Georg loves to do, and I'm thrilled with the added dimension of sound and music he created here!

This track was originally published and featured on my "Audric & Friends" SC site in 2020, during the era known as the "pandemic lock-down".
With the help and mutually shared inspiration of a small handful of LOCAL musician friends of mine, approximately a dozen fun and creative instrumental tracks where published within a half-year time frame.  
I refer to this special group of tracks collectively as the "JamTune" series.

A great drummer friend, Josh Orlando, was willing to play drums and jam to a very challenging arrangement of meter changes derived from an interesting motif I happen to be noodling around on at the time.
(8/8 - 9/16 - 6/8 - 4/8 - 8/8 - 9/16 - 6/8)
And no surprise to me... he nailed it!

"Say That Again" features Pat Robinson... long time friend, fellow musician, and collaborative keyboardist from two wonderful albums from my past titled "OuterLimits" and "Origins".

This special track, created under unique circumstances, was originally published and featured on my secondary SoundCloud site "Audric & Friends" established in the year 2020, during the era known as the "Pandemic Lock-Down".

A pleasure again to be recording with Philadelphia's Audric Jankauskas on our new original, Make The Most Of It.  Audric is a remarkable musician, who has touched every element here with his signature guitar playing, and his keyboard and production abilities too, beautifully complementing my piece and keyboard playing.   Many of the colors you hear are Audric's vision, which has inspired me and so many other musicians since we first found his music.  A special treat to be back creating again with him.

This is a bit of an excursion from my more contemporary fusion and sound-track material. Touching on an well known classic jazz-blues swing tune written  and originally performed by the great jazz pianist Thelonius Monk. Countless versions and renditions of this fun swinging tune have been done in the past, many by some of the world's great musicians. 
This is just me, with the addition of some wonderful saxophone work played by Georg Boehme (as soloist and multi-horn band).

WELCOME ALL to my SoundCloud page!

It's always a pleasure to discover through SoundCloud the wealth of wonderfully talented and creative musicians out in the world... all sharing their own distinct and artistic creations.  I'm very happy to be a part of this amazing, creative, and supportive community.

My main instrument is the guitar (mainly electric... sometimes acoustic). I also play on occasion bass and keyboards (strictly for recording on my own compositions).  Most of my music tracks on SC are created, recorded, and produced in my home studio.  Recently, I've been making good use of midi sequencing to ultimately produce tracks that I otherwise would find almost impossible to do by other means. 

Fusion (my mix of jazz, rock, funk, soundtrack, etc.) is the best way to describe most of the music that I produce these days.  I've enjoyed playing and recording many styles/genres of music in the past, and all these past musical experiences influence me today in the way I compose and play.

You will find here on my SC page samplings of new and older works of mine.  The track picture icons more or less help identify what tracks belong to other associated tracks. And I will try to present some extra information for the individual tracks for those that are interested as well.
