Welcome to the first ecstatic dance by FRYA! 
It has been a wild year, discovering new music, the joy of a jam packed dance floor, the even greater joy of one with some room on it... I have grown obsessed with movement to music. 
Ecstatic dance is a way to dance full throttle without having to go to a nightclub or rave, which makes it more accessible to all walks of life. I am delighted to present my first ecstatic dance playlist, created in Galway over September, October and November. Gathering samples from various beautiful souls for vocals and tin whistle, and working closely with others for inspiration... thank you to my co-creators!
Available in arrangement in the 'Grows Fonder' 80 minute version. 
Performed in Galway November 19th 2023, with live percussion and dancers.
