@hasvat-informant returns to @amniote-editions under his Intellagama alias with his next EP, 'Reciprocate', fusing tender, wandering synths, washes of twitching percussion, layered aerial textures and pulsing rhythms.

"I really enjoyed writing this track," Intellagama says of the title single. "I set out to create something with a specific blend of texture, mood and melody, and after several iterations I feel I struck the balance I was after."

All proceeds from this release will be donated to Palestine Children's Relief Fund.

"For our second release, circuit|breaker quips back the stacked offering of CBRK001 with another dynamic double LP, exhibiting some of the best local and international talent that’s cropped up on our radar over recent years.

The label is as driven as ever to build a bridge between our community and the wider electronic music domain, giving artists a platform to preach the sound that speaks to them, and this release is but another stepping stone towards greatness, for us and for them.

CBRK002 opens up with a rolling, gritty number that could only be Fergus Sweetland, as metallic voices beckon forth on ‘Untitled (ARP 1.02)’. Hasvat Informant, whose thunderous reputation precedes him, then storms the barn with the explosive ‘Abispa Ephippium’. The B-side shifts gears to Goa’s Dotdat and his frantically groovy track ‘Holo’, followed by a gorgeous minimal number by Berlin-based Pino Peña – Mia’s Pocket; one that’s sure to get summer dancefloors pumping.

The C-side of the record contains two heaving tracks, the C1 from the prominent force of Cloudy Ku with ‘A Room of One’s Own’, and the C2 from the dark visage that is disgrays with ‘Turmstraße’. The final side of the record has Amsterdam legend Juan Sanchez open the filter with a warm, jacking submission in ‘Indulge’, while the Berliner Marsch takes us home with a devious timbre that will have bodies glued to the floor on ‘Into You."

Following the release of the EP Aurora in January, OTON's album New Forms Of Silence explores the full spectrum of the Belgian artist's talents, echoing the fluidity and flow of a live performance. Using an analogue setup that reflects his roots in multi-instrumentalism, improvisation and live production, OTON shifted to hardware-based tools to produce the LP, gradually veering from making music solely in the box. New Forms Of Silence traces back to OTON's origins in the live scene, and across 14 tracks, we can hear a more nuanced take on mental techno, hypnotic tribe, and psy while retaining the tempo and textures of club-driven sounds.

On this V/A, artists Vel, Less Distress, nuir, Stina Francina, and Sue Lèwig come into their own, sharing the rhythms and textures that echo their artistic prowess and versatility, culminating in a dynamic and richly diverse compilation. 

Opening the compilation on a rumbling note, laced with rippling basslines and psychedelic patterns, Mama Told Ya affiliate Less Distress contributes the earworm 'Sensory Overload'; the hint is in the name.
