Mila Stern’s far over a decade-long career as a DJ and producer has taken her from squat parties in Halle, where she first learned her craft, over the pulsing motley of Tel Aviv, to her adopted home of Berlin and the epicenter of electronic club music. Her calm, commanding skill as a selector rapidly made her a sought-after artist with regular appearances at premier festivals like Fusion, Nation of Gondwana, and Garbicz, and residencies at Berlin’s legendary Kater club and Station Endlos in Halle. Since then, she’s transcended the boundaries of the Berlin underground, bringing her standout style to the international circuit from Mexico to Kazakhstan.

Mila delivers a groove-heavy aesthetic that draws on fringe soundscapes informed by Post-Punk and Electro. What sets her apart is a willingness to embrace unorthodox sounds, explore the beauty in harshness and dissonance, and embed jarring moments in a robust and rolling substructure. As a DJ, she transports a vision of rave culture as a purist aesthetic free of nebulous superstructures, and her extended closing sets in particular powerfully encapsulate the non-judgmental freedom and eclectic expressiveness of the rave circuit. From the early days, Mila’s sound has been informed by a sense of counterculture and breaking normative boundaries. She draws on risqué sounds, has boldly carved out her niche, and relentlessly pursues her vision despite the antagonism female DJs and producers faced in the late 2000s and still do today. As a DJ, producer, event organizer, former radio host, and label co-founder, she pushes the envelope, rejects the status quo, and is driven to take her aesthetic to the limit.

In 2025, Mila co-founded electronic music label MiZi MuZiK with long-time friend and collaborator Mira. Together, they co-curate a purist platform showcasing the music they bring to stages around the world. Here, too, Mila uncompromisingly manifests her raison d'être as an artist: spotlighting raw musicianship and forward thinking music free of considerations of reach or notoriety. Few artists move on the fringe so comfortably, make avant-garde so accessible, or pursue their vision with the same bright-eyed conviction. Mila Stern brings her groove-heavy eclecticism to sound systems across the world, challenging paradigms in dance music, and forging a genre of her own.

Polar Inertia examines the enigmatic and blurry realms, embracing the art of obscured vision.
Encountering the collective Polar Inertia is much like being absorbed by fog and captivated by
its ever-shifting forms and densities, with things being as indistinguishable as in a whiteout.

Formed in 2010 by a group of artists, Polar Inertia transcends visibility, delving into structures
that lie beyond the public gaze. Layers upon layers intertwine within the fabric of Polar Inertia,
extending beyond their profound electronic compositions and live performances. It manifests as a conceptual universe, where sound, monochrome aesthetics, and elusive narratives converge,
much like trying to grasp the intangible fog. The entity that is Polar Inertia is involved in
installations, print- and video work and texts created for different contexts and live in different
spheres such as Palais de Tokyo in Paris or the Lyon Biennale of Contemporary Art. Still, clubs
and festivals are perfect spaces to experience these nebulous soundworlds and immerse in
them. Fittingly, some of Polar Inertia’s appearances include the colossal halls of Berghain and
Bassiani and at experimental festivals like Mutek Montreal and Atonal Berlin, that like to break
with the classic club conventions.

Polar Inertia's sonic landscape unfolds with wafting textures accompanied by resonating beats
and drones, reverberating through empty spaces, merging with the vast expanse of nothingness.
Their sound exists at the crossroads of ambient, experimental, and deep techno, interwoven
with vocal narratives. Since their inaugural release “Indirect Light“ on Dement3d Records in
2011, they remain a stronghold of relevance and captivation in the electronic domain.

'LUCIANO COURTOIS'
Es un talento mexicano creativo, trabajador y visionario, distinguido en las tornamesas por sus mezclas perfectas y exquisitos beats, ha experimentando en éstas con diferentes estilos y posteriormente formó parte de un grupo enfocado al scratching. A finales de los 90's se interesó por diferentes géneros como el Acid Jazz, Deep House, Progressive House y Ambient, convirtiéndose en uno de los pilares de la escena underground mexicana. Posteriormente se unió al roster del legendario sello mexicano "Raramuri Records", ya en el 2005 crea su propio sello discográfico "Tribal Radio Records", con el fin de impulsar al talento nacional y a mediados del 2009 lanza su primer compilación internacional 'Black Files'; generando fuertes expectativas, para el año 2012 funda "TRR" sello con mayor proyección del Progressive House y en el mes de marzo del 2013 funda "Art in U", sello discográfico dedicado a explorar las partes más profundas y frescas del House, Deep House, Dub Tech y la música de vanguardia. Actualmente es socio del legendario Rioma Club y por ende residente del mismo.

El Melómano Alemán" aka "Tonton Scülp" is a Berlin based music lover who is passionate about music from Latin America. It all started back in 2008 when he started to visit weekly a small urban Bar in Berlin Kreuzberg  where “Tio Chango”, a member of the former great DJ collective "La Chusma", hosted a Latin night every Thursday. Before the party started, “Tio Chango” gave classes in Salsa which changed Pascal’s life forever. His class included dancing of course, but also much more. It was important for “Tio Chango” to make his students understand the historical and cultural background of Salsa as well as to teach them some rhythmical understanding of that Clave music. During the fiestas he also introduced a lot of Cumbia and other genres of Latin America. This opened up a whole new world to Pascal and was the starting point of the development of "El Melómano Alemán". Especially the traditional Cumbia with Gaitas from Colombia caught Pascal’s attention and didn't let him go anymore ever since. 
He spent hours watching Youtube videos every day and dove into the Colombian music scene deeper and deeper. Parties from that point on only meant Latin music parties and his understanding of the culture grew more and more. 
In January 2017 Pascal decided to leave everything behind and travelled to Colombia to find the places that he had been watching now for years on Youtube. He wanted to find the birth places of the music he loved so much. The Cumbia, Bullerengue and other folkloric rhythms. 
But during the years Pascal also started developing a serious interest in Salsa music. Not only in dancing to it but also instrumentally and rhythmically. Contra rhythms is now what excites him in music. So much that normal rhythms that he has known for all his life now sound so boring that he almost stopped listening to any other music than Latin American rhythms. Colombia had such a big impact on Pascal that he almost didn't come back to Germany. He spent a lot of time experiencing music in Colombia as well as on his travels through almost the entire South American continent. 

Pascal started collecting vinyls in 2018 especially of Salsa music as it has become his main musical input during the last years. The way this music is celebrated, cultivated and conserved in Cali Colombia represents for him the paradise on earth. He started to get very interested in all the background stories of the Salsa artists and since then also developed a passion for historical stories of the genre Salsa. The Melómano Alemán keeps on developing and his collection is growing. 

Since Pascal sees in Berlin a great deficit of offers of Salsa events according to his imagination, he has started in 2020 to take the reins in his own hands and gave his first parties. Since then he has had several gigs in different locations, where he always tries to spread the Salsa culture according to his imagination. He has also created a Salsa Forum (Salsa ME UP) in collaboration with the dancer and dance teacher Jessica González IG jessi.g.dancer, where he wants to transmit more values and understanding of the culture.  On his Instagram account, he also tries to expand the salsa world of his followers with small contributions from artists who are less known to the mainstream.
