“goblin boy and the infinite price tag” Is the 5th full length LP from bedhead. With a total of 18 tracks, 6 featured artists, and 10 producer credits, this is the longest bedhead album both in length and time in the oven. The album was conceptualized in October 2021 as bedhead turned 20 and recording wrapped in February. The album is divided into trilogies of songs each touching on themes of being lost and losing time, falling and flying, self doubt and self discovery, financial anxiety and general anxiety, the death of love and the love of death. Sci-fi, fantasy, and cultural references allow bedhead to play a character that explains the day to day experiences that the goblin boy must face while still delivering 2000’s emo reminiscent vocals and modern soundcloud flows over an collection of lush and varied pop trap and electronic production with a array of twists and turns that keep the album ever changing and never ending. At the end of the world, this here is bedhead’s legacy; Standing amongst friends shopping from the broken window of a department store where the goblin used to work.
