Nicely done:D The synths you used sound a bit standard, especially the piano and main one, but it's a cool track.. Genre, also not sure.. I guess Electronic will do:D

This song began as a simple farewell to childhood, and greeting all the burdens and dangers young adults encounter as they become independent, including the transition period in which teens are expected to carry all the responsibilities and consequences an adult would ("too high to fall") without any of an adult's privileges ("too low to stand").

Then an entirely new meaning behind the lyrics formed, after a conversation I had with my friend about how teens who come from different financial situations are more or less prepared for adulthood, depending on how hard they had to work to earn what they bought and owned.

Where Are We Now describe how more entitled teens don't have to work as hard as those who are less fortunate, and how this leaves them unprepared for adulthood, when both "those who float" (the poor ones) and "those who drown" (the rich ones) are thrown into the same situation of dealing with adult life, like paying bills, working at a job, etc. This is the "moment of truth" in which the true strength of an individual is tested.
