Love doing these mixes. Not chill out, not cooking music, not easy listening... I listen to them after a night out when I'm tired, drunk, open... I've done three previous volumes and this one might be the wooziest yet. I approach these mixes as a DJ - so 3/4 into 4/4 mixing, chopping and screwing, pitch-based mixes and layering are all in there, it's not exactly slinging a few ambient tracks back to back. No shoutouts, no track info, no talking even, just two hours of straight SIDEWAYS. As ever, hope u enjoy!

Inspired by a series of Pedro Almodovar films at the CineBakery Film Club. Still in development.

Almodovar's Truths

 Beverley G aka Miss Kitty - founder of Kitty's Music - incorporating 1930's and 40's swing music plus some great original compositions. Performing both the big band sound and as an intimate duo, trio or quartet. 
Electronica, Acoustic and Jazz  - compositions and covers created in different styles. Musical performances have included Glastonbury and Dublin Fringe Festivals with brother and sister electronica project 'TrifleSky'; Brecon Jazz performances with world jazz project Les Minouches Atomiques, and several jazz and dance festival performances as Miss Kitty L'Etoile with jump-jive band the Jiveoholics. Currently working on a release of a Billie Holiday inspired album, and a set of songs dedicated to women and featuring poems inspired by the Welsh poet RS Thomas' first wife, Elsi Eldridge.
