Taken from the prologue of book four of Hinter uns das Land (Frank Talmon l'Armée), where war-scarred refugees stand on foreign soil, clutching fragments of their past. The snow has stopped falling, but the cold remains.

April 1945: Die ersten Tage im dänischen Exil. Dieser Song fängt die Schwebe zwischen Erinnerung und Ungewissheit ein – geflüsterte Fragmente der Heimat, getragen von zerbrechlichem Klavier und gespenstischen HipHop-Rhythmen.

Entstanden aus dem Prolog des Buchs vier von Hinter uns das Land, wo kriegsversehrte Flüchtlinge auf fremdem Boden stehen, die Trümmer ihrer Vergangenheit in Händen. Der Schnee fällt nicht mehr, aber die Kälte bleibt.
