this sounds like shit, still trying to figure out how to account for the lag in audacity. But I wanted to post it for the harmonies. I almost got them right!  Oh and I'm tone deaf.  This was a Carter Family song, then Elvis covered it and re-created it completely!

Lady Of The Lake

Without love, life is like a dry and desolate desert.  This song was inspired by the end of a relationship that had once blossomed, but over the years had shriveled to dust.  When I traveled through the deserts of northern Arizona, I somehow made the connection, capturing my thoughts along the way.  Later I added music and this song emerged.
