This is the first track from our charity album, Subliminal Verse: A Tribute to Joey Jordison. Joey was a founding member and drummer for the metal band Slipknot for many years until he began a private struggle with transverse myelitis. He eventually overcame transverse myelitis and continued to make music, while inspiring a new generation of musicians until his passing on July 26, 2021. With this album, we hope to pay tribute to Joey and to the legacy that he created.

I just had too much with this track that I couldn't not share it.

I remember playing this game YEEEEAAARRRSS ago! It must've actually been one of the first games I've ever played now that I think of it. At the time obviously I didn't realize the great Rob Brydon and Eric Idle voiced people in it! lol Fairly obscure song to cover I think but I think I did it justice. I recommend to anyone who's a fan of point-and-click adventure games. Really good. Also got some funny bits in it too.

This is my first cover where I discovered how to change time signatures and tempo at some point in the song! So of course I took advantage of the luxery and did my thaaang. Expect loads of more random changes and shit in later songs! I also did a terrible kinda 'Living Is A Problem Because Everything Dies' by Biffy Clyro esc thing near the beginning. The idea came to mind and I was like MEEH so I went along with it. And I'm not afraid to admit there is some obvious 'Bleed' by Meshuggah inspiration near the end. Now all I need is a seven string guitar then I'm all set :P
