i am quit nicotine since begin October (was on candy nicotine not smoke (quit smoke in 1999) and i quit TCH in july. and a-gain some 10 pounds from both quits (YIKES)

when you gain weight from quitting (nicotine and THC) and so low carb high fiber vegan diet

I'm busy with life, y'know. 
I have a much bigger project going on right now, so yeah.. :s
This was mostly a challenge, to play many instruments in one song.
I played Flute, Oboe, English Horn, Clarinet and French Horn(!!! I recently picked this up!)
I do believe this is pretty faithful myself! ^^
