Dubbed as the "Voice of Ghetto Funk", Timothy's sets are unique sessions, filled with spontaneous lyrical content and a charisma that literally lifts audiences off their feet.&#13;

Timothy has toured the world, taking his show to more than 13 countries and headlining major festivals such as Bass Coast, Burning Man, Astral Harvest and Vancouver's International Folk Festival. From a massive rave in the Czech Republic, to a dark club in the London underbelly, to the forests of Western Canada, his skills at hyping up a crowd are in such demand that Shambhala, the world's top Breakbeat festival, has Timothy performing at and hosting several of the stages each year.&#13;

A scientist of sound, in 2001 Timothy invented the world's first digital force-feedback turntable - the predecessor to the standard Serato and Traktor setups. His dedication to electronic music extends to his musical productions, found in the charts and record bags of sharp DJs across the globe. Working with labels such as Ghetto Funk, ReSoul, Bombstrikes, Bombastic Jam and Manmade, Timothy's tunes and unmistakable voice are at the forefront in the next generation of electronic music.

Nickodemus is a traveler at heart—a connector of worlds, scenes, and people since the mid-90s. Over his extensive career as a touring DJ and producer, including 5 albums and canonical tunes like “My Swing es Tropical” and “Cleopatra in New York”, he’s helped pave the way for an inimitable mix of global fusion and the heavy beats we yearn for in the club. His music has long thrived on the close relationships and mutual respect of friends he’s built across the continents, felt through the worldly potions he cooks up in the studio, and spanning electronic sounds rooted in Latin, African, and Eastern instrumentation. His latest album, A Long Engagement, serves as a culmination of the inspirations he’s absorbed and remains rooted in his life as native New Yorker and the city’s nostalgic energy. 

Nickodemus’ sound is often focused on the connective tissue of his many live collaborations and the electronic solitude of his studio (or record-filled bubble, as he calls it). Through his much-loved label Wonderwheel Recordings, he’s not only regularly releasing some of the most soul-shaking, eclectic sounds in the biz, but focusing deeply on artist development and creating long-lasting moments that live on far longer than their track length. The music you hear in his releases are filled with expression, reflection, and care; they’re both open-minded and deeply focused, a rarity at time in today’s overcrowded music industry. 

As a remixer, he’s also lent his “Remix Machine” to a wide range of artists including pioneers like Bob Marley and Nina Simone, as well as other like minded genre-welders like Thievery Corporation, Quantic, and Mr. Scruff. Throughout his career he’s also carved an important niche in the live music scene with his beloved Turntables on the Hudson parties, that have popped up everywhere from New York to Cairo.  
 
Currently on tour around Europe & USA, his latest album "Soul and Science" is another portrait into the importance of shared ideas and the dialogue artists can share when they look past language or place of birth. It’s another bass-heavy global party and we’re all invited.

The Captain is an Italian producer & DJ widely known in the Funky Breaks and Ghetto Funk scene who takes his fans on a musical journey by turning all-time classics hits into contemporary dancefloor dynamite.  Many of his productions have been praised and supported by Krafty Kuts, Daddy G (Massive Attack), Freddy Fresh, Ursula 1000, Fort Knox Five, Skeewiff, Featurecast, Stickybuds, Slynk and Smoove, to name a few.  

The Captain has created a unique signature sound taking inspiration from the golden decades of classic rhythm and blues, soul, latin, hip-hop, and rock-n-roll and mixing it with modern dance music and beats.  The distinct and diverse groove he creates in his productions attracts fans from different musical genres and styles.  

His highly praised output of vinyl and digital releases on labels such as Resense, Goodgroove, ESL, BBP, and Ghetto Funk have been consistently topping the Juno Charts the last several years.  This fast growing success and well earned reputation led him to remix great artists such as Ursula 1000 and musical icon Fred Schneider from the legendary rock band, the B-52s.

The Captain’s following has widen through extensive exposure through national and international radio airplay and interviews (BBC, WDR, RAI, Triple J) and television appearances.    
Among his upcoming projects is a remix collaboration with Dub Pistols & Alabama 3.
