This podcast really hit home for me, and like you, my depression hit me when during my undergraduate matriculation and got gravely worse post graduation. Now that depression has turned into high levels of fear when it comes to all aspects of life. Also like you,  Tracy G. has helped significantly with her perspective as I am working to rid myself of that fear to start my career.
