Command Stranges' latest release flips the script once again and finds this talented and prolific producer team up with a host of exciting artists for the Lifetime EP. 

Perfectly striking the balance between deep, emotive, rolling Drum & Bass and tearing bassline workouts Alexey once again sets himself out from the crowd. 

This EP isn't a lone effort though, with label mates Alibi on hand for the majestic 'Skyline' and rising star Satl on the buttons with him on 'Life' alongside Pouyah on vocals there definitely is strength in numbers! These two co-labs sit alongside solo track Zero Sugar, with its nods to the original V and Full Cycle vibes, this is real D&B at its finest.

1 year ago, we lost a genius of underground music, Marcus Intalex a great talent and pioneer in the Jungle / Drum & Bass and Techno scene. Marcus is one of the main reasons i make music. Before leaving, I was doing this song called "The Gentleman" in his honor, after 1 year he left us - I decided to release the mp3 for Free Download. The song contains Pads and Synths in the line that Marcus has always inspired me to do, I used some Samples / Fx from "Golf" one of his favorite hobbies. Hope you like it! This tune was meant to be a joke for Instagram. In less than 6 hours it turned out to be one of the most unique compositions we’ve released to date.

Since April we have released 2 EPs. Formation and Hyperdrive which represented our heavy bass music side, however as this year comes to an end, we thought it would be nice to introduce an organic sound that could serve as a soundtrack to creating nice memories over the upcoming Christmas holidays.

We also made a decision to raise awareness about the current situation in the world - COVID 19, current regulations around it and our thoughts about it in our Vlog about this tune. It's up on our main socials.

All the proceeds from this release will be donated to “COVID 19 Appeal and NHS Charities Together“ as a way to say Thank You to those who are taking care of the nation during the COVID 19 pandemic.
