Hier könnte eine typische Biografie stehen. Ist aber nicht so. Ich habe keine Schallplattensammlung geerbt. Meine Eltern waren keine Musiker. Ich habe nie ein Instrument gespielt. Ich habe nie produziert. Ich habe kein Label. Ich habe keine Booking-Agentur. Ich bin kein DJ. Ich liebe Musik und empfehle sie weiter. Ich erzähle damit auch gerne eigene Geschichten. Musik sagt mehr als tausend Worte. Sie soll mich nicht reich machen. Und nicht berühmt. Nur glücklich. Das ist alles. Und das ist auch gut so.

Woody is the original sonic funkateer whose life is completely focused on music and his very own definition of FUNK. He doesn't need more than two turntables, a mixer and an audience to know he’s alive.

For him DJing and making music is not just a job, it's his life purpose. Rewind back to the mid-80's when Woody started off in Munich's graffiti and breakdance scene. Already a superb breakdancer, he soon became an even better DJ.Woody played his first gigs in Munich`s famous "Babalu Club". It didn't take long for him to get noticed outside of his hometown. In 1992, Woody took the chance to become Resident DJ at one of Berlin’s best and most influential clubs, Planet, which later became the world-famous E-Werk—Berlin's '90s equivalent to Berghain.

Since then Woody has been a perennial force in Berlin's house and techno scene. He has seen techno become the dominating youth culture in the late 90s and how it all went back underground during the early 2000s, before things started to heat up again for another, this time global, wave of success.

In that sense, his career path has been atypical of his contemporaries; neither did he go out of his way to become a festival-jet-setting A-list DJ, nor did he let the show stop at any point. Instead, he kept his head down through all these seismic shifts, continued to DJ, and took the time needed to eventually co-found one of the best party series Berlin has seen in the last decade: Heideglühen.

Powered by a hype-averse and no-bullshit true to its roots spirit, Heideglühen has developed into a unique, intimate and internationally acclaimed haven for house music lovers. Equipped with the experiences of a long career and Heideglühen in full force, Woody is ready to share his vision of the perfect party and to bring the funky Heide vibe to dance floors across the globe.

Eva Be has been a key figure on the development of Berlin underground club culture, and half of dj and producer duo LoYoTo

After a musically inspired youth, the East-Berlin born Eva Be first dove into the Berlin club scene in 1995.
The "Delicious Doughnuts" club in Berlin-Mitte is a defining place for her carreer - it ́s here she met the boys who would later be known as "Jazzanova", this world renown electronic sensation had an immense impact on her musical development- changing her path indefinitely.
Eva never had a musical carreer in mind, however being in the right place at the right time and meeting people who were convinced about her musicality put her on that course.
She soon curated her own club nights during her residency at the "Akba Club", where she began to experiment, defining her sound on the turntables.
This was quickly followed by regular gigs at "Cookies", "WMF", "Boogaloo", "Kurvenstar" and "Cafe Moskau", where Eva presented her very own mix of Dub, Trip Hop, Breakbeat, Drum 'n' Bass and Experimental Electronics.
Out of this growing scene around Jazzanova, Dixon, Micatone,Slope, Eva Be and many other artists, such as the legendary "Sonar Kollektiv" evolved - a collective that to this day releases styledefining records.
This was also the label, where Eva released her first solo EP "Below" followed by several 12inches as f.e. "Eve ́s Time Tonite" ( in cooperation with Fat Freddy ́s Drop Singer Joe Dukie ) and "Allee Viree" as well as her first remixes.
Musical and personal relations to the now aspiring "Vienna Scene" led to regular gigs in Austria and numerous other European capitals.
As a resident DJ in the early " Watergate" club in berlin she played side by side ( if not back to back ) with the heroes of the genre like Kid Loco, Kruder & Dorfmeister, King Britt, Rainer Trüby etc., then touring through Europe with the Berlin based band project Ye:Solar and often DJ'd supporting Bands and Acts like "Fat Freddy ́s Drop", Omar and Jamie Lidell ( f.e. @ Apollo Festival ).
During that period she found the time to produce her successful debut solo artist album "Moving Without Traveling", demonstrating her deep love for Dub and Reggae.
After the huge reception of this record, Eva then described as "berlin ́s next rising star" by the uk jazz magazine "Straight No Chaser", decided to form a band "Eva and the BEs" to present the album live throughout Europe, partly together with "Fat Freddy ́s Drop" and "The Black Seeds".
After a short baby break in 2007, Eva returned to the club scene adding more house music to her repertoire.
Having produced remixes for the Sonarkollektiv, Maertini Broes, Marcus Enochson, Recloose, Horace Andy and Jah Wobble, ... .
She - while still working on a lot of solo material - teamed up with singer Ben Ivory, to release various singles ( f.e. "Closer" on Poesie Music / Get Physical ).
Moving forward Eva started gigging at "Panoramabar", "Ipse", "Wilde Renate",
"Kater Holzig" or "Tresor" where she met DJ Cle in 2013. Both instantly got along very well personally and musically and decided to form the project "LOYOTO" combining their common love for underground House music and Dub.
The first LoYoTo record "Looking At The Starz EP" appeared on Upon You Records in 2015, the second 12" "Lonely Young Tourist EP" was released on Watergate Records in 2016. „Karmadog EP“ & "Buchi EP on Foul&Sunk in 2018 and 2019. Due to the strong demand for remixes, the duo worked their magic on several tracks over that time. 
In 2019, the two impulsive musicians decided to create their own Recordlabel. "LYT Recordings is a publishing platform for music in the shades and between the bars."
Also, Eva finally feels inspired to work on her solo thing again, consequently leading to her ° Belight EP °, a straight up Bomb, distilling her talent and knowledge from almost 20 years of music work.
