Our second METHXX release of the year comes from US-based Adred who debuts on the label with a 6 track EP entitled 'Instant Everything'.

The lead track features the amazingly talented Robert Manos on vocals as Adred provides a complimentary backdrop in the form of 'Lazy Jungle'. Another 5 tracks complete the EP including '160 Breaks' with its charming subtleties, whilst there's a clear nod to the autonomic sound in 'Can Jam'.

Adred is already working on more music for Metalheadz, something which we're very excited about hear at HQ

Creatively reshaping the original while maintaining the bittersweet atmosphere, Constrict uses chaotic breakbeats and nimble drum programming to make every bar a statement in his remix of W.Siracha’s ‘Down For’.

The young producer has been moving from strength to strength with a string of releases on Med School Music, Context Audio and Lifestyle Music as well as a feature on Koherent’s debut EP on Dispatch Recordings. Showing no signs of slowing down, a steady flow of new material is forthcoming on more of the bass music scene’s most exciting and forward thinking labels.

Drifting between the existential and hypothetical to find a plan entirely its own, W.Siracha's debut EP picked up support from the likes of Les Yeux Orange, Data Transmission and more, drawing comparisons to early Aphex Twin and Boards of Canada.

Alvin, Simon, Theodore. Cobain, Novoselic, Grohl. Charlton, Best, Law. Gibb, Gibb, Gibb. Domingo, Carreras, Pavarotti... I could go on but just what is it about the trio? Is three really the magic number?

Here at none60 we can't answer that but we can add another trio to the mystery in the shape of 3VS - Akuratyde, Monika and Tellus.

Red Sun Drive EP is everything that makes a none60 release - melody, warm bass, intricate rhythms and just a touch of noise to add some signature grit!

This is just the beginning for 3VS, if you are fans of their respective solo work you will not be disappointed with this EP. Give it a listen and give it a spin!

Selecting tunes for releases on Samurai Music is difficult as there is so many great tunes on offer. The absolute cream of what we get sent makes it to releases on vinyl, so resisting the temptation of digital only releases creates a backlog of high quality tunes. Outliers is a collection of music from the Samurai family of artists that were all in contention for vinyl release, but for one reason or another slipped through the cracks. Most of these are still in heavy rotation in many of our DJ sets, so rather than hogging them, we put together a collection for a Bandcamp only release. Most of these have never been played by more than a few select Samurai DJ’s and the producer themselves. Outliers shows the depth of talent these producers have with these sitting on their HD’s without a home. We don’t plan on moving into the digital only release field any time soon so maybe we can have this series as a semi regular substitute.
