This is one of the first cover songs I learned how to play. We played it so many times that we changed how we played it completely, just to make it more fun for us. Giving this song a totally different feel really turns heads at the local bar when you start to play it. After going back and forth on whether the world needs another version of Bad Moon Rising, I decided to sit down and record the song. And I am so glad I did! This was a lot of fun to do.  As with most of my stuff I played all the instruments and did all the recordings myself so I hope you like it. Thank you for taking the time to read this, and listen to my music. Have a great day!

This song is about an inner descent into emotion, fear, the unknown.
“Deep water” is a metaphor for transformation - a moment when you surrender control and allow something vast and inevitable to carry you away.
