Destinations by BrainStorm is a captivating musical journey that beautifully captures the intricate process of an airplane's descent. This track signifies the end of our current BrainStorm Operations aviation cycle and our music production for the time being.

I found my way back in the winter of 2023, navigating through one of the toughest periods of my life.

During that time, I poured my heart into creating music, built meaningful connections, and was embraced by an amazing wave of support from you, my fellow passengers on this journey. I sought help for my PTSD, and by the summer of 2024, I returned to my cherished role as a guardian. So, I leave you with this musical destination

The composition takes listeners on a journey, much like pilots making constant adjustments to ensure the right speed and descent rate. It opens with a gentle soundscape that reflects the tranquility of being in the air, gradually intensifying to mirror the careful calculations pilots undertake. 

Our protagonist, Keith, embarks on a transformative journey as a musician, recognizing the impact of intensity and mastering the nuances of musical expression. By weaving melodies into his drumming, he elevates his artistry and enriches his performances, captivating audiences and finding joy in the process. 

Likewise, Destinations embodies the essence of descent, echoing the pilots' ongoing adjustments and offering listeners a rich, immersive experience. With its evolving sound layers and dynamic textures, the piece reflects the skill and adaptability pilots demonstrate during flight.

The composition's climax captures the early moments of descent, conveying the precision and control needed to navigate the aircraft with finesse. Destinations offers a unique and immersive experience, celebrating the mastery of pilots who guide their craft with grace and accuracy.

**Behind the Song:**

At its heart, this piece sees Keith honing the art of crescendo, the build-up, and the pivotal moments, masterfully executed from the "other side" of the drums.

As we conclude this cycle that began in November 2023 and reached its destination in late June 2024, we temporarily close the door on future BrainStorm tracks. But rest assured, we can always drop back in and pick up right where we left off.

I appreciate all the comments, likes and repost that you leave me in my compositions.

I make music for fun and to get away. I have multiple styles, although my biggest influence is in electronic music.

I am self taught and learned with Music Studio 2 on a first generation ipad 11 years ago. I have never composed before. Perform more than 80 songs a year for the first 6-7 years to learn about the program and develop creativity to compose. I have listened to different types of music throughout my life and maybe that has helped me.

I still compose only with an ipad (last generation), but I no longer work only with native MS2 instruments since I have expanded my instrument library with programs such as Audiokit, Digital D1, kv331, Sunrizer, etc ...

My music can be downloaded, but not used for commercial purposes (my authorization is required).
