As a RNB singer and writer myself i always really look out for artists out there who still keep the genre real and relevant. One such person is Shane Anderson who has as far back as the early 2000's been cranking out great music! He is a winner of numerous awards including Myspace album of the year and this years winner of the male vocalist for L.A music video awards as well as having his music featured on a few hit TV shows.
I reached out to Shane a few weeks ago about being able to do a cover of his recent song "Pacific Coastline" because i loved the melody and the hook. its super catchy! he was gracious enough to not only agree to let me cover it but to also supply me the original instrumental personally from the song itself! 
hope you guys enjoy this! i had a great time making it and i believe its one of my best covers yet!!

Growing up in Florida, in a city where the main influences musically were country, funk and hip hop. My mother introduced me and my twin brother to R&B and Smooth Jazz music when we were young. The likes of Luther Vandross, Kenny G, George Benson, Boney James, Stevie Wonder, the Temptations, Al Green, Kool & The Gang, and the late great Michael Jackson were a must. So my passion for the genre of heartfelt music such as that started from an early age. I later began listening to and studying the style of current artists like Usher, Joe, Eric Benet, Robin Thicke, JonB and my personal favorites Kenny Lattimore and Craig David.
