I attached two JRF contact microphones inside the hollow of this wonderful old Oak tree to see if I could pick up any bug sounds. I was amazed to hear that it was completely full of Death Watch Beetle. They knock their heads on the tree to attract a mate.

Burnin, yearnin & churnin. Use the fire for transforming what is stagnant, stuck & full of muck. Where am I holding back? In what ways am I simply going through the motions? What is going through my mind when I'm not present with life? What story has yet to be processed, digested & alchemized fully, that continues to repeat itself? Which emotions are most easily triggered to the surface right now? Acceptance is the first step towards Gratitude.
