"Revelations" “reveals” the incredible diversity of snare drum timbres and effects. Written for solo snare and 12 percussionists, it is essentially a snare drum concerto presenting ten unique sonic scenarios, including two cadenzas in a single, large movement.

The title "All That is Left" is a play on the "Litany Against Fear" from Frank Herbert’s novel,  "Dune." “I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when it is gone past, I will turn the inner eye to see its path. Where the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.” I will be all that is left.

"Blossoms" is a powerful work for percussion orchestra that was inspired by the natural process of growth and transformation, yet it does not attempt to depict a specific narrative. Instead, the piece reflects a universal theme of evolution—be it the unfolding of a flower, the development of a musical idea, or the organic progression of time itself.

"Simple Objects" was Inspired by this quote from percussionist Steven Schick: “Percussion instruments are, after all, simple objects: hit them and they will make a sound.” Centered on four featured batter/auxiliary parts that celebrate their melodic simplicity, the timpani & keyboard instruments color these melodies with pitch.
