Field Of Dreams are Chris Kentish (Field Theory) and Al Mackenzie who met up, had a couple of drinks and decided to work on some stuff together. This is the result. We hope you like it. KM Editions did and the EP came out on 
vinyl on 21st May 2018 on Pleasure Unit. Our next EP, 'Nothing Is Perfect', including remixes by Andrew Weatherall and Mind Fair was out in on July  and promptly sold out on our Bandcamp site. A new EP is out now on digital. Also look out for KaaN remixes due on vinyl early July and our remix of Les Crocodiles' 'La Nuit Des Tropiques' also out soon on vinyl.

Chad has been a DJ, music producer and educator since the mid 1980s, having bagged the crown of Technics/DMC World DJ Mixing Champion in 1987. Resident DJ at the now legendary Hacienda club in Manchester - to a worldwide smash hit in 1990 with ‘Hear The Drummer Get Wicked’, he has gained worldwide industry respect and recognition and was recently honoured with a DJ Legend award by DMC.
Chad has been a champion of contemporary music with his journey through many different genres throughout the years, always pushing the boundaries forward.
Originally from St Helens, Chad held a residency at Manchester’s groundbreaking Haçienda club during its heyday, being one of the architects of the newly emerging House Music scene, alongside fellow legends including Mike Pickering and Graeme Park.  Chad quickly became a key global influence in the popularization of the art of DJ mixing and remixing. While at the Hacienda he started producing remixes exclusively for use on the legendary DMC DJ-only vinyl collections, showcasing his eclectic tastes from notable artists such as Grace Jones, Kraftwerk, The Beastie Boys, De la Soul, Public Enemy, Deelite, Mantronix, Norman Cook’s Beats International and some bloke called Prince! 
Chad was one of the first British DJs to start mixing and exploring turntablism in the early 1980s. 
By the mid 80s a flyer with his name on it would guarantee queues outside clubs like Manchester’s iconic Legend club and Wigan Pier, which he took over from his great friend and early mentor Greg Wilson. Along with Greg, he was one of the first to champion the newly emerged Electro Funk sound from the likes of Newcleus, Midnight Star and Man Parrish, and was an early exponent of the newly emerging Hip Hop sound. 
Chad’s regular live broadcast sessions and end of year ‘Best Of…’ mixes on Piccadilly/Key 103 radio had the North-West of England hovering their fingers over the tape-deck record button. These original cassettes are highly prized today, with fans inundating Chad’s website for copies of these infamous mixes. 
1987 was a seminal year for Chad when he took the roof off the Royal Albert Hall in London with his skilful and entertaining DJ mixing performance at the Technics/DMC World DJ Mixing competition, where he quite rightly secured his place as one of the legendary World Champions. The world really opened up for him after winning the championship when he undertook a whirlwind 2 year world tour headlining clubs in New York, Russia, Japan, Brazil and even the closing party of the Cannes Film Festival! 
By 1990 Chad’s focus had returned to studio production, remixing and re-edits. 
His first solo work followed and Chad Jackson’s ’Hear The Drummer Get Wicked’ went straight to the top of charts around the world. It is now considered a 90’s classic. 
Three decades on and there is no sign of Chad slowing down – music flows through his veins more than ever and this is evidenced by his many current gigs, radio shows and various productions for release.  Chad has graced the decks at a range of events, from Festival No6 in Wales and Secret Garden Party in Huntingdon, through to the Hacienda in Manchester, Electrospective with Greg Wilson and Colin Curtis and the House of St Barnabas in Soho. He is currently promoting his 'Journey Through My Record Collection' imprint, with a regular radio show on Music Box Radio and a DJ tour at selected venues around the country.

Peza has been a fixture in the electronic music scene for longer than he cares to admit! When he is not locked away in his studio in deepest darkest Shropshire he can be found playing at clubs and festivals up and down the UK and beyond.

His travels have taken him to stages at festivals and countries such as Switzerland, Beat-Herder Festival, Kala Festival (Albania), Convenanza (France), Evil Acid Barons Weekender, Campo Sancho,Festival No6 and Alfresco, among others. Regularly spinning in European cities such as Tirana, Ibiza, Vienna, and Berlin, he brings an eclectic blend of Acid House, Nu-Disco, House, Electro, and Breakbeat—basically, anything with that indefinable magic.


A master of the unexpected, Peza’s sets are known for his signature edits—breathing new life into forgotten gems or obscure oddities and seamlessly weaving them into the mix. blending music together that you wouldn't necessarily expect, but somehow managing to make it work.

Remixes and collaboration credits include artists such as Gorillaz, Damon Albarn, Joe Goddard, Baba Ali, Greg Wilson, Black Grape, The Duke Spirit, Liela Moss, Dicky Trisco, Mike Smith (Gorillaz/Blur), amongst many others.

Peza is also an integral part of Greg Wilson's 'Credit To The Edit' collective. DJ'ing alongside Greg, Derek Kaye and Henry Greenwood.

Dr Packer is an alias of West Australian Drum & Bass DJ/Producer 'Greg Packer' set up for Remixes & Edits of mainly retro music such as 70's , 80's , 90's Soul , Disco , Funk , Hip Hop & Reggae , Greg although known more for 'Liquid Drum & Bass' regularly plays sets of 'Old School Funk , Disco , Hip Hop Etc' purchasing his first record in 1982 at the age of 10 'Grandmaster Flash - The Message' 

Moving on to the 90's shortly after emigrating to 'Perth Western Australia' greg purchased his first pair of decks in 1989 making this year his 28th year behind the decks , in 1991 he won the WA DMC's and defended the title in 1992 but by this time greg preferred Club Dj-ing and longer sets rather than a 5 minute scratch battle routine... 

Greg then moved onto 'Jungle & Drum & Bass' music in the early 90s and often regarded as a pioneer of that sound in Australia winning many awards and went semi global touring (UK , Europe , Asia , New Zealand & Australia) 

In 1998 Greg took up production and set up his own studio running his own label 'Interphase Music' He produced over 100 tracks & remixes under the name 'Greg Packer' and was signed to many other labels in the UK & USA including LTJ Bukem's  'Good Looking Records'

By 2013 greg began mixing entire sets from CD therefore searching for music online , he started picking up re-edits and he loved the way the original songs were beefed up and sounded fat on a club system but the original vibe was still there , these edits were quantised perfectly meaning you were able to beat mix them flawlessly unlike playing the original vinyl... 

In August 2013 Greg Produced his first two edits under the name 'Dr Packer'  which has caught the attention of labels such as 'Defected / Glitterbox , Z Records , Disco Dat , Hot Digits , Masterworks Music & Midnight Riot' resulting in a number one chart position for every EP release so far on the 'Juno Download sales chart' 

2015 saw 'Dr Packer' take the number one spot on the 'Traxsource Best Nu-Disco Producer' and number 5 for 2016 , he has had the opportunity to officially remix music by artists such as 'Bootsy Collins' and 'Robert Owens' and attack the back catalogs of Simon Dunmore's Defetced label and Joey Negro's 'Z Recordings' 

2016 saw Dr Packer break out globally behind the decks in places such as 'London , Ibiza , Croatia , Scotland ,  Denmark , Germany , Singapore , Bali , Abu Dhabi & all over Australia' playing alongside some heavyweights such as 'Dimitri From Paris , Joey Negro , John Morales , Greg Wilson , LNTG ,  Basement Jaxx , Crazy P , Sonny Fodera ,  Jazzi B (Soul II Soul) Faze Action'
