Pikuniku - The Mountain Village

What you are listening to is a series of re-arrangement's of various video game music tracks. Each of these tracks have been remixed, and rearranged using the Final Fantasy VII Soundfont. For those who arent music savy, soundfonts are essentially collections of instrument samples which can be used to produce music electronically. In this context each of the tracks in this playlist, have used the instrument samples from Final Fantasy VII. 

This was originally done as part of a large scale mod I was working on for Final Fantasy VII. However, the project was discontinued so I am releasing the music which was also incomplete. The idea was to take tracks I felt would be appropriate for the context of the original tracks on FFVII's OST and use the game's soundfont in order to make the new tracks sound as if they could have been in FFVII.

Some work better than others. The level of mixing and mastering done on each track is in the air. I decided to release all of the tracks, because they were just sitting on my HD. However, I completed very far reaching arrays of completion on each track. In fact, before uploading many of these I didnt even have time to re-listen to them and as such am unaware of any specific issues which may exist in any tracks. This is an imperfect release.
