My husband has been playing this bass riff since before we started dating many, many years ago and we finally did something with it and hope you like it, be warned, we went heavy on this one!
Here's what its about: If your not a believer, you go to the River (Jesus) to wash away your guilty sins that( like the rest of us) put Him up on the cross where the debt was paid, and from then out trust His goodness to save you, not your own goodness. For the Believer, there's a lot of "stuff" out there in the world that ends up sticking to us everyday, even when we're walking with the Lord. We go to Jesus(the River) daily to get the filth off.
