Loudwing Aldair is joining us from Costa Rica for our 173rd podcast.

Loudwing Aldair, multi-instrumentalist musician, DJ, producer and promoter whose musical journey has crossed borders. His proposal fuses enveloping textures, hypnotic polyrhythms and low frequencies with a unique groove.

Since 2012, he’s been on an incredible path: starting out as an opening DJ for greats like Steve Aoki, Dash Berlin and Funkerman in Nicaragua, and in 2013 he became the youngest Nicaraguan producer to sign with international labels on Beatport.

In addition to his solo career, he is the creator and director of ‘Sesiones en la Casa’, an active member of COPAL collective and musician of the band Garcín. His passion for music led him to study music production at DJLab Costa Rica, where he continues to expand his sound universe.

In this day and age to not only survive as an independent label, but to flourish and constantly evolve, bringing forward new and exciting talent, is something that should be applauded. A mark of the global respect and love that Bedrock has steadily gained through years of releasing quality dance music that rides the waves of trends and fashions is the fact that this Bed100 release received over 12,000 listens on Soundcloud before it was even officially announced!

Guy J has emerged over the course of the last two years to represent an intrinsic part of the new momentum in clubland. He has been at the forefront of a movement back towards the melody rich sounds on which house music is based. His distinct style and beauty were recently showcased on his stunning 3 disc '1000 Words' (Bedrock) album, so collaborating with Spain's Henry Saiz on ‘Meridian’ for Bedrock's 100th release was a match made in heaven. Henry's critically acclaimed 'Balance 019' album earlier this year has seen his star potential explode around the globe and the inclusion of his additional solo 'La Marea' track here is a mark of the highest level of quality that this extraordinarily talented young producer exhibits.
Hats off the Bedrock this is yet another stunning release. May there be many, many, more!

CHACHØU is a DJ, producer, and event promoter hailing from France. With a deep-rooted love for music from an early age, CHACHØU's draws inspiration from a diverse range of musical influences, including Techno, Indie Dance, Melodic Techno & Dirty Bassline Tech House.

She has crafted her signature style with her versatile approach enabling her to adapt her style for diverse crowds, making her a desirable & highly sought out artist.

She has performed in various countries, such as Ireland, Thailand, Vietnam, Mexico, USA & Vancouver while spreading her unique sound throughout British Columbia, Canada since 2019.

She has shared stages with icons like Korolova, Dense and Pika, Truncate, Anyasa, Kasablanca, Gene Farris, Ardalan, and HNTR.

Finally, CHACHØU is also an event promoter and the co-founder of MINDSET, an Irish & Vancouver-based collective which has booked international techno artists such as Nancy Live, Dark Arps, HNTR & Jordan Gill. Her inspiration for electronic music began by listening to the most renowned underground artists like John Digweed, Sasha, Guy J, Stephan Bodzin & Soul Button to name a few.
