Dirge for Summer (Piano Improvisation)

Improvised Jazz Piano. Derived from a wonderful theme composed by John (John's Short Piano pieces), which John kindly gave me permission to attempt variations upon. Downloadable. The piece deliberately lasts longer than 10 minutes (to prevent any possibility of improper monetisation (by me or anyone else) of John's work through these variations). Hence the long silence at the end. Thank you John. Your work inspires me.
