From way back in '53 this character intrigued and bemused.
A garden dweller rarely seen by The Flowerpot Men and Little Weed, but of great gravitas and bearing when coming into view, Slowcoach was an enigma with great authority (although not as much as the man who did the garden).
This erstwhile trippy scene captivated me growing up in the 1960s and this track is a tribute to the creators of a timeless vista.

I made the river the central element and created the ambience using samples form Freesound then added generative drone elements in virtual modular using VCV Rack. I  let that run and played an improvised layer using a free Shakuhachi sample pack from Samplephonics: https://www.samplephonics.com/products?term=Shakuhachi  with added reverb.
