Extinguished Light is the second and final synth odyssey on Into The Light. It's a melancholy tune that wraps up the ebb and flow theme of the album with a contemplative melody that when played circular with the album, from front to back, brings us from the dark, back into the light. This track is again, an attempt to capture the analog warmth and generative nature of the ambient genre. It was recorded in one single session, with very little editing or post-production, to try and capture this piece in a real and raw form, inspired by so many ambient works I've been exposed to throughout the years.

Into the Light by Chando is a concept album that is loosely based around the ebb and flow of life: the ups and downs, the fast pace and the chill, along with everything else in between, and ultimately, always emerging Into The Light. This album is culmination of years of writing and producing and is largely an instrumental electronic Drum and Bass album, but also has a few vocal tracks, some slower downtempo electronic tracks, and two synth-inspired space odysseys.
